Norton360 

I would actually give it no stars. Every year the price goes up, and the VPN kept making my WIF stop working. On February 5, 2026, I cancelled my service. On April 8, 2026, they charged me anyway, my bank flagged it and now my account is frozen because of them. I tried to call Norton on April 9, 2026, and all I got was AI and chatbots. I was never sent to a human even though I asked several times. I will never go back to Norton again.

Do not buy anything from Norton360!!! the support is non existent! They seem to run a scam for their support by having you the customer wait 24-48 hours and then never call you back? They supply you a case number this is like toilet paper that gets flushed down after your phone call ends!!! Then you get to redo the process all over again with the alleged support team which is where the scammers are!!! They tell you one thing and deliver absolutely nothing!!! Nothing but liars!!! I have been with Norton over a year and they have NEVER repaired their software, never received that call that I was promised over and over and over!!! If you want a company that you PAY for a product that isn't supported at all, they lie about how your going to receive that call for support, you have to make all the follow up calls and never receive anything in return except aggravation, getting frustrated with garbage that is broken and they say it works... this is the company for you!!! I will never purchase anything again from a product that has the name connected to Norton, THEY ARE THA ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE TO SAY I WAS A PART OF!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM NORTON!!!!!

January 15, 2025 update! Again nothing at all from Norton 360. They have reached out on Trustpilot 2 times, still no emails, no phone calls, JUST LIES!!! They want to make sure the audience sees that they care! THEY COULD CARE LESS!!!!! This is about the 5th time to expect a phone call with support, and again NOTHING! Thats what you are going to receive if you join Norton, NOTHING!!! STAY AWAY FROM THE LIARS, CHEATERS, THESE PEOPLE ARE TERRIBLE!!!!!! Another wonderful day of waiting for Nortons call back from the infamous tier 3 team that LIES, CHEATS, AND STEALS your money! They waste you time with a window to wait for the magical call that never comes! They cheat by lying to you about all the promises they are going to deliver, and NOTHING!!!! They steal by charging you the money for all these products, they dont work but they still have your money????? Stay away from these clowns, so subpar is pathetic!!!!!

Appalling service
This is the second time they have raided my bank account with an outrageously high charge. This is for 360 and in reality you only get20 coverage and get request after request to add what you would expect from an all round service. Daylight robbery and if I could give them 0 I would

If I could give a -1 for this company, I certainly would. I tried a free trial period with this company. I decided to go with another company after I did some price comparing. I canceled the subscription with Norton 360 a day before the free period was up. I didn't think anything about it anymore, until my bank account was charged $131.69!
I did get the refund put back into my account, unfortunately their screw up cost me serious overdraft fees, a little over $200.00. I WILL NOT let this drop. I had to enter into an agreement for the first time ever with my bank in order to get these charges dealt with. This Google Norton 360 Antivirus (?), Mountain View, CA. has cost me too much, I'm on a fixed income and I will, with the financial assistance of my son, seek legal services against them if this is not resolved. They can go their way, and I'll certainly go on mine. Next, social media will become my best friend VERY soon. I will share my experience.

I really regret that it is not possible to rate this program and this company with minus 5! If you don't want to waste your money, time, and nerves, I advise you to stay away from them! They treat people like idiots, sending them from one website to another, and contacting them is ineffective.
Believe me, you will only lose money and nerves.

It is an ongoing nightmare trying to deal with Norton.
360 Password Manager has hijacked my phone with constant intrusive messages that overwrite the task in hand and render it useless. Customer Service are useless and l have made myself ill trying to deal with them. I am an older lady. They have neither compassion nor diligence. Promises are broken and fixes don't work. Then to cap it all they auto-renewed for far more than the cost on Amazon (later halved). I hate this company and will go elsewhere next time.

AGAIN, still waiting for a phone call back from the High end support team from NORTON??? I GUESS THEY DO NOT EXIST???? I have reviewed Norton360 in the past, since this I s a ongoing issue. When I create a review, seems to be when I receive response and support from Norton! It seems that Norton360 has VPN issues! I was on the phone for over 4 hours today with ABSOLUTELY NO RESOLUTION, just LIES!!! I have been waiting for 24-48 hours for a call back for over 21/2 weeks. Today I was informed the I will have to wait again for a maximum of 72 hours for support? I asked why do I have to keep waiting for a call back, I haven't even received the first call yet, STILL NO RESOLUTION!!! My services have to be left off since Nortn360 isn't working correctly and Norton360 doesn't care, since no attempts have been made to call me! Any reason why anyone would purchase Norton360 that doesn't work, support is non existent, agents just tell you stories, and s lot of them? Norton doesn't seem to have any urgency for helping me since they cant even give you the proper information regarding support??? If I had to do it over again, NO WAY WOULD I BUY NORTON360!!! Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere!!

The worst and most annoying antivirus available on the market

I have Norton360 . They withdraw premium from back account through PayPal. They with drew $300 +dollars out of bank . Wiped me out . They say they didn't do it. They are impossible to contact . PayPal and Bank are investigating them . They DO NOT do their job . I advise stay clear of NORTON360

My Norton subscription was still due for another 14 days, which norton has decided that in one hour in same day my 14 days subscription has expired. If I am paying for something give me full amount of days, not making it lasting not even hour... If Norton is greedy for money, no more money should go for this company

I and people around me have used Norton for decades. sadly only to conclude that it has become a con company. Be warned.

The VPN is the worst ever. It keeps cutting me while in video conferences and browsing. It is very embarrassing to be cut off due to VPN performance. I reported this to the Norton Technical Team four(5) times and reg no resolution. The sleeping technical team level 2 is still in a long nap. Not even calling back. Not even solving the problem. This is a scam app and the Technical support is a sleeping team. I regret purchasing this app. My case # is #86578150 in case any of the level-2 technical support wakes up.

Absolute scam. I get notifications of a 'dangerous site' but the app doesn't mention which one. I actually have not visited any site that any other software claims as 'dangerous'.
There's no way to communicate with the developers, there's no option to send an email with a question. This is an utter joke and no wonder it's a US company. They just keep filling up the world with nonsense, unfair laws and nukes.

After using Norton for decades & even though I have 5 pre-paid months remaining on my subscription, I just deleted Norton 360 as the newest version is absolute GARBAGE, I spend all my time fixing problems Norton creates like it blocking my passwords so I can't see it, to ensure I'm entering it correct, & I did not turn on Norton Password manager or find a way to turn it off! Norton also deletes all my passwords everyday for no reason & it started doing it by itself after the upgrade to Utilities Ultimate Garbage! I had not looked at McAfee for years, but love the new features they added, good bye forever Norton!

I contacted Norton to remove blue square & chevron icons which had appeared on every one of my image files in windows explorer during a Norton update. Contacted Norton, took almost an hour for them to remove the software. During this call I was persuaded to spend more money to extend the contract for an further year (on top of my remaining six months on my contract) and pay for a tune up during that call. Another three calls trying to achieve their recommendation to extend and pay for a tune up, only be be told it wouldn't work unless I upgraded to Utilities as well. They transferred me to a payments department who said I could not buy utilities as I was already in a contract for 360 deluxe. Four and a half hours on the phone trying to act on the first advisors advice and nothing achieved as their contracts department refuted the tech departments advice. Another two calls both lasting the best part of an hour to get a refund for the new services I had been persuaded to buy by the tech teams, a sleepless night and a lot of stress for over four hours conflicting advice. One department cannot agree with another and, as English is not their first language, communication was difficult. Really hard to keep your cool and stay polite, but I did. But believe me I was screaming in rage after I put down the phone. NEVER AGAIN.

The worst antivirus ever made, at least for mac.

After years of using Kaspersky Total I have recently tried Norton 360 in my laptop twice but there are things that I do not like about Norton 360 as follows;

(1). When an ethernet Ookla Speed Test is carried out the speed result is halved if Norton 360 is installed. - (Nothing wrong with the router speed just the speed of the Windows Device in which Norton 360 is installed..

(2). On this main laptop Norton 360 automatically turns on Dark Web Monitoring, (whatever that is), and you cannot get rid of it by the Norton 360 Consumer Menu Options.

(3). Installing Norton 360 removes the Restore Points so that you cannot revert to an earlier date before Norton 360 was installed and you then need to carry out a clean install of windows if you want to fully get rid of Norton 360.

The first rule for any Security/Antivirus Software should be "First do no harm" and when Norton 360 is removed it should leave the device as it found it and not prevent the device owner from using a Restore Point.

I have used Norton for more years than I care to remember and without any issues.
This year I moved to 360 as they have done away with the Deluxe, which was better without having to give out bank card details,which as others have said make sure you cancel the auto renew.
The 360 tries to tempt you with things like "Utilities Ultimate " that will clean your computer on a free trial. Again as others complain ,when you do the smart scan it will tell you ,you need to buy it to remove these threats .
This is rubbish ,for example if you use Chrome , in the settings do a clear browsing data/browsing history and cached images ,before your smart scan and you will find Norton tells you all is OK and no mention of buying their clean up gadget .
Overall Norton is good, if they would just do away with auto renewal and silly priced clean ups that anyone can do themselves ,without their help .
