Value for money not to satisfaction
Value for money not to satisfaction. Appear to be constructed in low quality material which is not reflected in the price. The glasses appere to be well overpriced even with the discount.

Great product quality and customer support but...
The products were great but I thought they would arrive in time for Xmas. Perhaps just made a note on your website to say they products will be shipped from a different country. I appreciate the Christmas and NY period can result in delivery delays, however I was under the impression it would come from Norway :) But very satisfied with the products and customer support who responded quickly to my concerns and reassured me the product were indeed on the way!

I ordered a product from their site…
I ordered a product from their site that ended up unfortunately being the wrong size (as i had gotten measurements wrong), and the customer service they gave was exceptional, they took me seriously and didn't send me immediately to some chatbot that doesn't know what it's doing. Overall my shopping experience with them was about as perfect as could be.

AVOID this "store" UPDATED
UPDATE - Been asked to add more details, happy to do so!
16/11 ordered item Ac Infinity Ionbeam (SAMSUNG) with express delivery mentioned on website of 3 days (product still available on website)
4/12 received package - and oh my, I saw problem coming from the look of the "box" it came with. I opened totally destroyed box at home and first thing was the moldy smell. Item was absolutely different, it could not be different more unless it was a cat.
4/12 I contacted store, added photos of box, item and explained it is sadly wrong item
4/12 received AI generated reply they will look into it (all good, common procedure)
11/12 asked for an update, since it was a week. Another AI generated reply saying we will look into it.
4/1/2026 MONTH after first claim, I send another email looking for an update and received another AI generated reply we will look into it.
6/1/2026 I got results. AI generated message saying item is 1:1, exactly as on website :D I replied back like no way, attached both photos of ordered versus delivered, so AI can actually spot a difference :D
8/1 Ordered was canceled and refunded.
Here is a catch. I used KLARNA as pay later option. That is the only reason why I did not have to pay or send anything back and did not lose any money.

Quiet a scam, isn´t it? :D Ridiculous, avoid this store even if you were lucky first time. Promised express delivery of item (3 days), which took over a month. Additionally, received totally wrong item, some garbage from whatever warehouse and I filled a claim - wrong item delivered. Been waiting for 5 weeks to hear from them that item is the same as on website. Sadly, they do not allow to attach photos here, you would have a good laugh out of it :D Avoid avoid avoid.
