I can not rate this because I haven’t received anything yet. And I haven’t heard when I will receive anything. I’m in the DARK

Very bad. Because I ordered two generators y they sender just one. I am waitin for another. Still waiting.

Order delivered as promised. No hassle highly recommend.

Unit arrived within the time frame projected. Delivery company was very helpful and competent. Haven't had unit installed yet but I am looking forward to utilizing its service.

So far so good.
Generator runs as expected.
Delivered in excellent condition.

I am very pleased with the generator that I purchased the delivery was perfect aunt everything was more than I expected

Order was placed months ago, I've been charged, the order has not showed up, and customer service is seemingly completely absent. Unacceptable, scam company. Don't ever do business with them

I am very please with the service l received from my order to the delivery. I am looking forward to making a future purchase for my other property

What I ordered was shipped quickly and exactly what I ordered at a good price. That works for me!

The purchase experience was straitforward but shortly after placing an order I sent a message through the website that went unanswered. It has been over a week since sending the message.

Still have not received my shipment. USPS is not reliable. Other than that happy with my experience.

No update or information on orders weeks overdo. Will I ever get my order? No customer service at all. When questioned they block your emails

Even in the midst of Covid, supply shortages and delivery delays, Norwall kept us informed and up to date. THANK YOU. A HUGE thank to you Sharon D. in sales/customer service who caught our rookie mistake on our order and FIXED IT ... so we had no further delays. We highly recommend Nowall Power systems for their professionalism!

this is the first time using norwell bought a new generac 14k generator my old one took a dump shipped out to my house 1 week norwell is a good place to deal with.thanks mike

Please read email chain below. Horrible customer service. I have purchased multiple generators from Norwall and this is how they treat returning customers. I was not asking difficult questions just trying to understand shipping policies.

Hi Jesus,

This is what the fee is to the destination terminal and we are not going to go back and forth on it. You can either pay the high freight fee or cancel the order. All of the terms for shipping are on our website.

Sorry, I do not understand. Last time I was told it was the neighborhood. Where is the free shipping? Are you saying it is all of Arizona? Where is the destination terminal?

I wrote a letter the day I received the product and never got a response from Norwall.
The product was as advertised however the shipping company never contacted anyone about delivery.
Dropped off at driveway (as stated) box was torn and no one was called to inspect or sign for purchase product (generac generator)
Luckily it was not damaged and I am honest and Not saying I never received it.
As it was never signed for when delivered.

$200 CHEAPER SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH A QUICKER DELIVERY TIME RUDE PEOPLE ON THE TELEPHONE THE DELIVERY COMPANY ESTES WON'T RETURN CALLS WHEN THEY DO THEY ARE VERY RUDE

Took a few calls in to get a human and when I did my questions were answered. However, when I emailed back (as I didn't want to sit on the phone again) I didn't receive a reply - my card wasn't charged so it concerns me my order isn't processing. When one is waiting 8-24 weeks a little update to give you those warm fuzzies would be nice and appropriate.
