I bought a ticket via agency to London…

I bought a ticket via agency to London Gatwick. First problem that i had with Norwegian airlines i couldn't add hand baggage i cold agency they didn't have access to add it too then i cold Norwegian airlines costumer support they are useless, they sad agency can do it with is not true they can add everything accept hand or checked baggage.
Then i had a long delay in Bergen it was more then 4 hours i filed a claim with norwegien airlines for compensation for delay but never heard from them...
This is the worst airline company that i ever had to deal with.

Bad customer experience - extend cashpoints

Hi,

Last year at Christmas (2019) I received a giftcard (2.000 cashpoints), the cashpoints will expire end December 2020 (31. December). The last few weeks I have spend so much time trying to get in touch with you (both on via phone, live chat, claim and mail) not without any luck.

Since I havent been able to travel and use the cashpoints this year due to COVID-19 I would very much like to have my giftcard extended so that I Can use in 2021. I was told that I should have received an e-mail about this and that The points could be extended and thereby used until June 2021 - I never received that mail, looked and searched in all mail boxes. I am getting more or less desperate and its very frustrating that I cant get any help - its been such a bad customer experience and I am surprised that no one have been able to answer / assist me. Such a bad experience and so much time spent without any help.

I use to be very happy for Norwegian but after this experience I dont have much trust left. I really hope you will take this serious, get back to me asap and help me.
