Dr. Ita's personal connection is enviable...
I believe Norwood is doing a great job and would recommend Dr. Ita the founder to anyone. His willingness to call a spade 'spade' is enviable and his personal connection with every customer is going to pay both in the short and long run.
My personal experience with him was one that never left me the same and the tactics he shared still remain with me, I must mention I've passed it on as well.
I have used his '30-60-90 days plan' during an interview, I got the job, and negotiated a higher salary.
