My order from Noryy didn’t quite meet my expectations — the items differed from what I had hoped based on the product descriptions and photos. I also found the return process unclear at first, which was a bit frustrating.

That said, after reaching out, I was contacted personally by the owner, who offered a very thoughtful and generous solution. Their response really showed that they care about their customers and take feedback seriously.

Although the experience started off a bit rocky, I truly appreciate how professionally and kindly it was resolved. I felt heard and taken seriously, and it gave me confidence in the brand again. That kind of service truly deserves recognition.

I ordered two fur hoodies and the quality is good, but you have to attach the fur by yourself. The fur also isn’t as fluffy as in their TikTok videos. Took 3 weeks to arrive (I live in the Netherlands)

Scam scam scam! Read the fine print!!!! E.g „The customer is the importer!!!“ And therefore must pay all customs costs, AND any costs of returns to their Asian warehouse. I ordered (yes, me idiot) in march and the order has been „on the way“ for at least three weeks. As soon as the order is „on the way“ it cannot be cancelled. This part of the scam is an oldie but a goodie. Be aware of shopify- it makes the website look professional and local, BUT at least this one is neither. I guess I will be paying for this mistake, but I did learn. And more importantly so did my teenage daughter. We checked trustpilot before we ordered, but we didn’t read carefully enough. And we stupidly forgot the fine print. So am writing this for YOU! :) you’re welcome
