Delivery took 4 weeks
Delivery took 4 weeks. The order arrived incomplete (bundle: 2 items instead of 3) and one item was not as advertised (missing brand label). I contacted support several times to initiate a return/refund, but received no response and there is no clear return portal/instructions. I cannot recommend this shop.

Just because my experience was amazing doesnt mean yours will be ofcourse but id recommend checking them out.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE
Do not buy from this company. I bought a jacket as a Christmas present which took nearly 4 weeks to arrive, (after Christmas). The jacket is just awful. Dreadful quality. I’m now trying to return but this is not straightforward, even though they advertise that they have a 30 day no questions asked returns policy. Their small print states that returns must be made within 30 days of ordering! You also have to pay return shipping costs to Asia. A very regretful purchase…
