i ordered from them 2 weeks ago, the jacket arrived today as expected, but the quality is off as well as the sizing. I ordered an XS but it’s so big and looks nothing like the pics

Amazing quality outstanding!

Excellent packaging amazing quality for the price. I bought an ami Paris jumper which usually would be £100 plus buf I got it for the price of £40 and it arrived in a couple days. The quality and packaging where excellent and I wear rhe jumper almost every day now.

I loved this experience of shopping…

I loved this experience of shopping with Norry Fashion. It was really great. They have really good quality clothes. I ordered the Burberry Hoodie and it does take a little time to arrive but it is worth the wait and considering it was from a differnet country, it's a pretty good time. Overall, I loved their website and I would absolutely recommend!

My opinion with this website is great…

My opinion with this website is great because the clothes have such a good quality for the price and they are nearly like the original clothes from the original shops like ralph lauren or burberry. My order took about 10 days and im happy that the clothes have a good quality. I will buy more stuff from the website👍🏻

Ordered a hoodie payed £48.00 had no confirmation of the Oder so emailed them with the contact information they have for it only to bounce back with my internet provider saying it’s more than likely a scam don’t order

i love everything i got from noryy honestly i got the longchamp bag in size medium and large and both r amazing both are good quality and spacious i love them so much and i love noryy i definitely would recommend buying the longchamp bag it’s worth the wait and i’ll definitely be ordering more

Difficult reklamation

Update:
The issue was eventually resolved and the full refund was processed.
However, I was contacted several times with requests to remove my review, which I did not find appropriate.
I hope the company improves its communication in the future.

After leaving my negative review, the company contacted me several times and asked me to remove my review in exchange for receiving a full refund.
I was explicitly told in writing that I would only get my money back if I deleted my review first.

This behaviour is highly unprofessional and goes against fair business practices as well as Trustpilot’s guidelines.
I believe customers should be aware of this.

I strongly advise against ordering from Noryy Fashion.
I purchased a Puffer Jacket, and the zipper broke after less than three weeks of normal use.
Despite several messages, the company refuses to take responsibility or issue a refund.
They hide behind a so-called “30-day return policy from the purchase date,” which is not compliant with EU consumer law – the relevant date is the delivery date, not when the order was placed.

Customer service is polite but completely unwilling to solve the issue.
I am now forced to initiate a Visa chargeback through my bank to recover my money.

Very disappointing – no accountability, no goodwill, no reliability.
I highly recommend avoiding this store.
