Placed order on the 18th November and never received it. It is now 1st January. I have emailed them regularly and never received a response.

Absolute joke. Ordered on the 14/12/25. Only came today, after more than 2 weeks.

I ordered the Grey Down Puffa in size Big, and guess what? They sent size extra big. How convenient! I expect a full refund. Do not buy from them, they should be out of business by now to be honest.

Ordered on 8th Dec as a Christmas present, received an email on 13th apologising for the delay, was unsure what the outcome would be but was pleased when it arrived on 23rd Dec, just in time! Quality product.

No delivery information given and when tried to contact for no response. Item was eventually delivered with the courier sending me the details. No sauce did eventually did reply to my queries after the item was delivered. Also the back pocket of the joggers is stitched incorrectly which makes them look as if they are seconds apart from that my grandson is happy with them

Do not buy, it’s a scam company. I ordered goods on 29th Nov, have not received them nor a tracking number. No response to emails to chase my order.

Simple to order from. Arrived within good time good quality product, it was for my son he was very happy .
The only negative to be aware of was the packaging wasn't the best, however this did not cause damage to the product.

My order is being dispatched next year not even being delivered horrible customer service ordered start of November just wondering how this is even a proper business that is gaining profit honestly never ordering again scared to even return incase they won’t even process a refund

Placed order on 1st December thinking this was plenty of time to arrive in time for Christmas however no such luck. I have sent them numerous emails and they just ignore me. Deeply disappointed and very angry that this company are not fulfilling their orders. Got a message yesterday advertising their sale. They should not be allowed to get away with this.

on the 28th of november i ordered a pair of jeans in the black friday sale all good, they arrived as it says within how ever many business days all good quick delivery, but earlier that day i also ordered 2 tracksuits to arrive for christmas it’s boxing day they haven’t arrived i got my confirmation but tracking is just says waiting for update. i’m very disappointed as i ordered these to come for christmas and i have been emailing no sauce for 3 weeks to see what’s happening ive emailed them so many times and they have only responded to one email and it was to give my order number which i did do but my order number was on the many other emails i sent and they haven’t replied.

Ordered on 7 Dec and still haven’t received it or received any response to my emails, or dms!!!! Unbelievable- don’t buy!!!!

I am going to contact bank for a refund of £140. But tbh. This morning my grandson had no gift 😢. My money is gone The lack of contact with the company is disgraceful.
Absolutely avoid. They are rip off merchants !!!

Do not buy from this company they do not deliver or communicate with you, my son left without a Christmas present so poor and ordered on 17 December plenty of time to deliver no update no communication still not posted or sent out. Do not buy unreliable to say the least.

Only just reading reviews 😔 Ordered beginning of December and now they aren’t responding to my emails. DO NOT USE THIS SITE - ITS A SCAM

The hoodie came with a used condom in the right pocket with a note on the left pocket that says “I want your Willy” which is disgusting and horrific and took 3 months to come I will not be purchasing from here again.

emailed them so I can return my hoodie for a bigger size and they haven't got back to me since. It's been two weeks since I've emailed them.

Ok, so the Jeans were delivered but to the wrong address. I updated 'Shop' with my new address but for some reason they chose to use my old one. I asked Nosauce to change the delivery details, which they did but DPD didn't get the memo. I had to collect from my old address, luckily the guy in my old place was great and helped out.

So, the reason for the two starts is that I tried to make contact with Nosauce to inform them that DPD had been given the wrong address. Till the time of writing this no one has replied or even seen my messages, as far as I can tell.

I understand that new businesses can have great difficulty in managing success as this brand is clearly very popular with the youth, but, in all honesty, whoever is on the Ops end of this should work as hard as they can to make it as great as they can.
