Dreadful service. Never again

Terrible delivery process, I’ve been waiting 1 month for clothes I’ve ordered for my son for Christmas. I was expecting them to arrive within he 3-5 days they had promised yet they still haven’t been shipped out. I have also messaged them on multiple occasions asking why the packaging and delivery process has taken so long, yet they haven’t replied to my emails or messages. Absolutely terrible customer service and zero communication with a customer, do not buy from here.

Ordered on the 29th of November and order has yet to been shipped. Recieved an email two weeks ago saying they are having problems shipping products but have not received any updates since

Sorry I’ve received a email to say leave a review but haven’t even received my item or had a response or update on my item ordered 10 days ago… shocking company never order from here again only did as my son really wanted a tracksuit for Christmas which now I’ll clearly not get! Disappointed and quite disheartened if honest. Stay away

Ordered from the on the 28th November. It’s now the 17th December and haven’t as much received a dispatch email from them. They don’t reply to emails. They are actively posting on Tik Tok however!! It’s crazy that a company can get away with treating people like this! Really wish I had read reviews before purchasing

So I got an email asking me to leave a review for the purchase I made, I placed my order in the 1st December and I have not received it, I think before asking me to leave a review that you sent me what I ordered? I have emailed and have got no response - will never use this company again

They don’t reply to any of your emails or get in contact with you at all I have been waiting for one tracksuit for three weeks and have still heard nothing there scammers do not recommend.

I placed an order on the 29/11/25 but still not received it!
I have emailed 3 times now but am not getting any reply from them. It was a gift for my son’s birthday which has now passed so i really need it for a xmas gift.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. My adult son ordered joggers 8 wks ago, no communication, no email updates just took the money and still no goods. Stupidly in the midst of this (I wasn’t aware they hadn’t bothered to send the first joggers out) I ordered my teenage son a £150 tracksuit for Christmas. Not at any point did it say there is a delay, or the item is out of stock, but surprise surprise in drops the generic email update saying that there is high demand and a delay on the order. So I email & to date there has been zero response. Honestly this company is a huge con! we are a week off Christmas & somehow expected to replace a present for £150 because this company is advertising goods that are simply not available.

I’ve been waiting since 28th November for an order and also placed one on 2nd December. Can someone help me please?

Ordered over two weeks ago. Have emailed to ask when to expect delivery as it is a Christmas present and had no reply! Pretty poor service

No items or communication after placing an order 2 weeks ago.
Reached out via email and instagram and both been ignored. Would not recommend.

Still not received my order it’s been over 3 week it’s hasn’t even been shipped or anything and I sent multiple emails they haven’t replied and they even emailed me asking to give a review when u havent received my order. Almost 4 weeks and still no sign of delivery…Placed an order on 20th November and it’s still preparing for shipment… I have emailed but get the same autogenerated email saying that the items purchased were pre order items (although no mention of this when I purchased) & would be shipped within 2-3 weeks! Very frustrating as I ordered in plenty of time for Christmas…. Needless to say I will be avoiding purchasing from no source again at all costs.

Ordered a tracksuit on 22nd November after a week no shipping details sent. Contacted them they said. currently on pre-order and is scheduled to start dispatching from 8th December. The pre-order information was included in the product description, but we apologise if this was not clear at the time of your purchase. I have Emailed them another 3 times and still no reply or shipping information. Not happy feel like I have been scammed.

Ordered 2 shirts and a tracksuit on the 5th December. Still NO shipping info provided! This is my son’s main Christmas present and he will be absolutely gutted if it’s not here for Christmas Day. I have messaged, emailed and engaged in the “online chat” which has been “off line” both times! Absolute joke!

Been waiting for my orders for over a month of which my items were all in stock. Sent numerous messages and only had one reply which was the beginning of December. Very poor customer service
