excellent product - which I have used for the last few years. Won't work miracles unless your nutrition is packed full of protein. Prices keep increasing, but I guess that's with everything these days!

I purchased a rechargeable red light device for hair growth. The device worked initially, but after a few days it completely stopped turning on. I charged it for many hours, but it never worked again.

I contacted the Nosheen hair oil several times via Instagram, WhatsApp, and email. Although the website advertises 24/7 customer support, I received no response. I then posted a review on trustpilot. After that review I received a respons.

In her emails, she repeatedly asked me to change or delete my review, saying it did not reflect the situation because she was now trying to help. At that time, the device was still faulty.

She later asked me to send a video showing that the device was not working and stated clearly that once they received the video, they would look into a possible refund. She again requested that I change or delete my Trustpilot review.

Believing the matter was being handled, I deleted my review. I sent the requested video on January 6th and followed up again on January 17th to confirm it had been received. Since deleting the review, I have not received any response at all. Today is February 12 th.

It is very concerning that communication stopped completely after the review was removed. I am now left with a faulty product and no response, despite being told that a refund would be considered once the video was received.

Nosheen’s Hair Oil is absolutely amazing! I’ve always searched for a hair oil that doesn’t leave a strong scent lingering for days, even after washing, and this one is perfect!! It leaves my hair silky smooth from the very first use, without any unpleasant smell. I have been using the oil for years and I noticed such a positive difference in my hair within only a few weeks, and I genuinely love the little “me time” moment I get whenever I use it.

The customer service is also incredible. So friendly, helpful and full of in-depth advice on how to make the most of the oil and all its benefits. Truly a wonderful experience all around. Highly recommend!

Its been a month since I placed the order and paid, and still didnt receive. The customer service is disastrous, always ignoring me via whatsapp and email. Very disappointed. They became greedy and the quality has dropped.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Customer service appalling, never acknowledge your email. They say they respond withing 48 hours but in my case it's 72 hours. Will be complaining to ombudsman service & trading standards.i will take this teview down if my order is posted & you give me a tracking number. You have my money ey, whete us my order?

Amazing and the delivery was fast too, just started using it for only 2 days so far but I will carry on this journey for a couple of months to see the progress but overall great 😊

Second review as my oil still hasn’t arrived nearly a month down the line … the 1 star is too much as a rating.
Their customer service team are horrendous and after expressing my dissatisfaction only replied with I should use a different oil from a different supplier. The post office seem to be going back and forth between depots and the customer service team refuse to respond to my emails as I would not change my original 1 star rating. Save your money people - your finding her beautiful home but I msged Nosheen on instagram and she doesn’t respond either !

I had a small issue with my parcel being delivered to the wrong address, and unfortunately, Royal Mail was unable to retrieve it. However, the team at Nosheen Hair Oil quickly looked into the matter and went above and beyond by sending me a replacement parcel, along with a lovely gift. Love this hair oil having been using it over 3 years now and buy it for my auntie. Hair is definitely healthier. Took over 9 working days to be delivered and the Royal Mail app could not track the parcel which is unusual for this company. Messaged Nosheen hair oil and no response which I was a little disappointed at!

I m using this oil from last year,and honestly it's going good,I m suffering badly from hereditary hair loss since child hood,but I can see many baby hairs nd the best thing about this oil is that it relevies immediately my itchy scalp that's y I m using it twice or sometimes three days a week,it gives instant shine,I used this on my both boys as well age 8 and 10 years and doing great,I am a regular coustomer and love the offers of black friday on this oil amazing offer to buy duo pack,highly recommended,Thank-you so much
