I cannot recommend Adam from No Stress Tech in Bendigo highly enough!
Adam visited my elderly mother at her nursing home to help resolve some ongoing mobile phone issues. As I live over 3,000 km away, and no immediate family locally I needed someone reliable, knowledgeable and, most importantly, someone I could trust to look after Mum.
Adam arrived on time and was professional, confident, friendly and incredibly patient.
My mum has Parkinson’s disease, which makes using a mobile phone particularly challenging. Her phone is also her lifeline to family, friends and the outside world, so having a device that works reliably is absolutely essential.
Adam understood just how important this was. He didn't treat it as just another job. He gave it 100%, taking the time and care needed to make sure Mum was looked after.
When you're thousands of kilometres away from an elderly parent, knowing someone is treating them with kindness, patience and respect means more than words can express.
I couldn't be happier with Adam's attitude, knowledge and genuine care.
