Very pleased

I would definitely recommend this company. Searching for gifts can be really difficult, but as soon as I visited their website I realized everything was so unique and wonderful, made with love and care.
The delivery is fast, and the package is amazing; making each gift look more expensive than it actually is.
There is no doubt that I'll keep ordering from them whenever I have the chance!

Great customer service and very quick response

I ordered a package before Christmas and unfortunately the postal service did not deliver it. I contacted Notanotherbill and they directly responded helping me to locate the package. After a few calls and attempts to find the package I asked them to send me the package again so that it would arrive on time. They apologised and sent a new package via Express. After the other package arrived at the postal station a few days later, I asked them if I should send it back. They told me it is a present and I should keep it. Great customer service and very quick response. I love the products. Thanks again.

iPhone 6 case, poor fit and quality!

I bought a personalised iPhone 6 case for my wife for Christmas. At nearly £40 delivered I was annoyed to find the case is made as a universal fit for phones upto an iPhone 8 therefore it fits very poorly around the camera at the back of the iPhone 6. No refund was offered. I wouldn’t buy from here again and advise against buying the phone cases for an iPhone 6 model (In my opinion this issue should be clearly noted in the product description online)

As we explained over our emails, the case has always been listed as a case to fit iPhone 6/7 & 8 models, it was never sold as a case specifically for an iPhone 6 model. If the item was not personalised for you we would be happy to offer a refund, but as it was personalised we are unable to.

I didn’t received my order

I didn’t received my order. The tracking indicate that my parcel was delivered on mailbox but it was not... I wrote to not another bill, had a first short answer and no news since 1 week. When I spend €70 for an iPhone case I hope some news... it was a gift for a friend, I had to buy something else !
Very bad experience and loose €70.

This parcel was sadly lost by the courier in Paris. We refunded the customer in full, and have moved to a different courier for that country.

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service. An I can’t be bothered attitude.

I inadvertently put a wrong address for my gift. It is now lost. The post office claim they delivered it, the recipient declined the delivery.

I can’t chase with the post office as I wasn’t the customer. Not another bill have refused to help. Just suggested I reorder the gift! I have, but from another company!

As a small business - we take feedback very seriously. To say that we have refused to help is certainly not the case. And i would like to outline the events;


-You orderd a gift and entered the wrong delivery address.

- Royal mail attempted to deliver to that incorrect address.

- The recipent at that address declined the delivery and so royal mail kept hold of the parcel at their local sorting office.

- Because you opted for standard untracked delivery - we have no way of locating and re-calling this particular parcel (If we could we absolutely would)


- Royal mail as a rule hold parcels for 14 days in their depot before sending them back to the sender.


- We need to wait until we have the gift back before we will re-send it. It contains personalised elements that are related to the order.

- To add, our customer service team offered to re-send this for free.

As I said we take this very seriously, so if I can personally assist you with anything else please let me know what else we can do.

Best website for presents!

I LOVE Not Another Bill - amazing selection of products, great customisation options and everything always arrives promptly and beautifully packaged. Wonderful customer service too - couldn't recommend highly enough.

Top quality

Always excellent products and 3 x recent gifts for friends have been appreciated and admired. Personalised stuff is particularly nice. The new mum kit was a hit for my friend in Germany.

Not another bill is amazing

Not another bill is a monthly rendez-vous that has the power of always cheering me up: when I get gifts that are perfect for me I feel as satisfied as a child on their birthday, while when I get things that remind me of my friends or relatives, I put them in my closet waiting for Xmas to give them as presents to my family or friends.
Great customer service, amazing choice, extremely high quality... I strongly recommend Not another bill!

really bad experience with them and…

really bad experience with them and will never use again. Misleading info online, making me believe I would purchase a whole set of items. Only one arrived and excruciatingly expensive, as a result of the mishap. Why have pictures of several items, if only one of them is the one that is sold? Really disappointing experience.

I'm very sorry to hear this review especially after reviewing all the email conversations you had with our customer care team.

To start with the product, these wool sausages are made by a small french brand, they are all handmade and so come with a price tag that reflects that.

The site description says they are sold individually. I'm sorry if this was not clear enough, we have since added more graphics to make this even clearer.

Secondly once you received the item we offered you a full refund if you returned it, but we didn't hear from you until a month later which at that point had crossed our 14 day return policy.

I'm sorry you had such a disappointing experience we very much take this to heart.
