Professional service and a smooth, hassle-free online process from start to finish.

It would have been 5 stars had it not been for the issues I had with setting the appointment and the customer service. But once the appointment started - the process was simple and the notary was great.

Very quickly, very professional

I needed to sign a document to empower an accountant do deal with the fiscal authorities on behalf of my company. Chose notarity because the process could be made online. Everything went fast & smooth.

This was all arranged by our solicitor and was a straight forward process all arranged and done within one day.

Very organized, professional fast and effective.

All clear and easy to use. This is way better than trying to get everyone in the same room.

Simplicity

I understand the platform had its inconviences, but the peolpe there is very patience and helpful

The process is confusing and could be handled better. First, the process to set up an electronic ID is time consuming and confusing. Notarity sometimes uses the Swisscom Mobile ID and, at other times, Persona ... which makes every appointment more challenging since the two work quite differently. Second, even though I needed to verify an Austrian contact, Notarity first scheduled a Swedish notary, who could not complete what was necessary. Notarity offered a refund (not yet received) and scheduled an Austrian notary. Third, the price they listed for the Austrian notary was E500, which is about 4-5x what a local notary would charge. After the appointment, however, the actual charge was only E130 (which is reasonable). Good outcome overall, but too much confusion and time wasted along the way.

This was way quicker and easier than I thought. Really an amazing service! The registration was a bit tedious but signing several documents was quicker than signing up.
