The process was a bit confusing; Kaya was great
The process was a bit confusing, as there were no detailed instructions as to what I should and should not enter into the document using text fields... and what would be signed later in a separate process. However, Kaya Thompson was terrific, and despite the above and technical challenges we had with the browser and audio, she was very professional, friendly and thorough. I highly recommend her.

I am in Florida and I needed a Death…
I am in Florida and I needed a Death Certificate from California. I had difficulty getting the site to accept my Identification. However, once I went outside and used natural light to take a photo and upload it accepted it.
I was #4 in line for a Notary, only took about 5 minutes for a Notary in New Jersey to pop up.
Just answered a couple of questions and then did online signature.
What a great system!
