Update: after being informed I would be filing a chargeback, they have now told me they will be selling my banking information and biometric info because they “don’t have to follow their privacy policy if I don’t follow their refund policy”. This won’t matter in my case as I’m closing the associated account for my international move, but just so you know this company is making threats to use peoples info in this way. I will be alerting the proper authorities.

Submitted a document for translation and apostille. There was no mention of page limitations and the site specifically advertised a 100% money back guarantee if it could not be completed. Unfortunately I was notified that I would not be “able” to receive a refund once I was informed the price for my document would be $1500, several times more than the $295 I was originally quoted and paid. I would highly recommend that anybody else expecting a similar bait & switch tactic initiate chargebacks on their cards as well.

my son who s 17 going to portugal at 7pm tonight and only found out he needs a notorisatian letter for this country ..came across this website ..bearing in mind its sunday morning..so big panic on to get this sorted ...Yolanda on the chat hepled me sort it stage by stage and rushed it through when i explained the situation...
was done within the hour of verifying the uploaded documents ..totally probably saved the holiday for my son..yes he may have got away without it,,,but portugal is supposedly strict on under 18,s ..not worth the chance of being sent back...if i could give more than 5 stars i would...highly recommend this site and service

Issued a Swedish apostille on a UK doccument making it completely invalid and I have no way of contacting you as your phone line left me on hold for 2 hours and you don't answer your emails.
