Very quick turnaround and simple to get done. However, document wasn’t accepted as they couldn’t confirm it was a UK registered SRA regulated solicitor. Ended up delaying my whole process by nearly 4 weeks and now having to restart it with a local solicitor.

Service was swift and responsive, and when an amend was needed there were no quibbles. We needed a travel consent letter notarised so our kids could travel abroad without us - an unwanted expense that was looking painfully laborious and expensive through more traditional options, until we found this lot.

I asked for a refund and they said it will take 10 working days. I never got the money and had to send a follow up email. They hadn’t processed the refund the whole time and now it’s taking another 10 working days to receive it.
