He was very attentive, responsive, and took the situation seriously from the moment we spoke. I really appreciate his support and professionalism, and I am very satisfied with the outcome. I looked up the staff photos on the website — Roxy Dekkers is actually the face of a vitamin brand, Erol Can is an English tutor (his real name is Shakti), and Nienke van der Meer doesn’t exist; the picture shown belongs to a woman named Sophie from Ireland. Jonathan Kalai is the founder of a company called Intense and his real name is John W. All the photos and names are fake.

it was easy to sign a new contract and its great that they are trying to make sure their customers getting better energy rates. However, I don't like having to handle this process over phone, I would much prefer to be contacted by email, that way I have sometime to actually review and make a decision. Also they didn't tell me there were going to be contract cancellation fees from my former energy provider.
