My order was lost a long time ago and still hasn't arrived after 3 weeks. The jewelry didn't arrive in time for my special occasion.

I’ve ordered from Not Branded several times before and have always been really happy with their products and service. The color stays and a lot of times I‘m not taking my earrings during showering or swimming off. This time, unfortunately, my earrings arrived and wouldn’t close properly, even after following the help video. However, the customer service was amazing! I received a full refund quickly and without any issues. It’s a shame about the earrings, but I really appreciate the great service and will definitely continue recommending Not Branded.

Terrible customer service!
Order placed a month ago. Two attempts to deliver and I still haven't received anything. It's up to the customer to remind the retailer to fulfil their obligations. My advice: forget Notbranded. Never again.

Great high quality jewlery! I was gifted a necklase and two pairs of earrings and love them all. I unfortunately lost two of the charms from my earrings and was AMAZED when after i contacted them about it they sent me both pairs of earrings free of charge! (instead of me replacing just the charms i had lost). I was seriously shocked, took me a while to believe they had actually done this for free. For sure the best interraction i've had with a company so far ☆u☆

They resent me my order for free after it got last in the mail the first try and postal service refused any kind of reimbursement. Customer service was fairly responsive and helpful.

Unfortunately one earring broke right away. But when i contacted costumer service i got a new one the next day! Great service and great products.

Wonderful jewellery and excellent Customer Support. I‘ve ordered for three times also for my best friend and we love the look and the quality 😍 furthermore we were swimming in the sea with our earrings for two weeks and the surface didnt suffer from it. thank you notbranded!

The contents of the package were probably stolen from my mailbox. Customer service was very reactive and sent me back a parcel free of charge. Thank you very much

I ordered some Notbranded earrings for my wife.
Unfortunately, when I opened the package, I discovered that one of the earrings was defective. After four or five emails within two or three hours, the problem was solved and new earrings were on their way to me. The team was always very friendly and helpful.

That's how online shopping should be!

Ring stone didn't fit in setting and partly broken. Tried to return but return form doesn't allow you to type in it. Waste of money v disappointed

After ordering the package it was sent quickly, but had a delay with the delivery service. When asking were the package was the answer came quickly and clean and arrived on time. One of the orders broke and again it was quickly answered and solved by sending a new one. I’m truly amazed by the time of response, service, kindness and love the products. I will definately order here again soon.

I had a lot of issues: package not arrived in time and Notbranded send a new one without asking. Super service because the delay was probably not caused by them due to the postal delivery.

Then the bracelet broke and Notbranded immediately send me a new one. Shout out to their service!

My experience was amazing, not only did they responded within an amazing time fram but also were so comprehensive and lovely. I think this brand is on the right track.
