Notebook Therapy has great quality journals, Washi tapes, notebooks and customer service. I misunderstood a color of the notebook, I emailed their customer service with a photo and they responded within a day, also with a photo. This wasn’t my first experience with customer service—I like how they put customer satisfaction first!

The journal and Washi tape designs are very lovely. They also have cute pencil cases.

The notebook is beautiful and very high quality I can't wait to turn it into a travel journal/scrapbook for my eventual trip to Japan.

I’d like to say that I have bought from NT before and am usually satisfied with my orders. Unfortunately I placed an order on April 11th with no idea that the de minimis exemption was being phased out in the US and that come May 2nd there would be an extra charge for goods coming in from China, even if they are of small monetary value. I’m not sure why the information for this company says they are based off of the United Kingdom when they have always shipped everything I’ve ever bought from them from China. Perhaps that is where their office is but their fulfillment center is most certainly in China.

They have always taken a very, very long time to process orders- sometimes up to two weeks. I emailed them all this week to try and find out more information on where they will ship from, more information on when they will ship my item- hoping desperately that they ship it in time for it to get here before May 2nd- but to no avail. Their claim that they respond within 1-2 days is a blatant lie. They take weeks to respond, much as they take weeks to ship. But their social media is always active, always posting and always replying to comments- unless you ask them to respond to emails.

I was hoping to place a final order before May 2nd but at this rate I’ll be lucky to receive the first and even luckier still to get it before May 2nd and not have to pay an absurd amount of tariff money for a $30 notebook.

I love this company. The designs are adorable and the shipping from across the world reminds me of the importance and gift of a global economy.

I love this shop so much. The journals are such spectacular quality and paper is heavy enough to take fountain pens, ink, and light watercolour (within reason). The washi stickers and tape are so cute, I will be a repeat customer

It's been years now that I order all of my notebooks in Notebook Therapy. The quality and cuteness are just incredible. I have tried other brands, but I really prefer Notebook Therapy. The color of the bullets, the color of the paper, the thickness of the paper and always the beautiful design outside and inside the notebook. Furthermore, you always have a little gift inside. I really recommand Notebook Therapy!!!!

I am an addict of your store. Everytime I opened your email, it would be different design arrived or mystery box. Mystery box sell so fast that I always missed out. I especially LOVE your sakura collections. Keep up the good work.

Since I found this incredible store, my journaling experience has transformed completely. The quality is outstanding, the craftsmanship is beautiful, and the thoughtful details really stand out. Plus, shipping to Kenya has always gone smoothly. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

When I first saw the products I thought them to be beautiful but wasn't sure about the quality. My first order really surprised me: the quality of stamps, stickers and notebooks were surpreme. The tsuki edition was my fourth oder and I am sure I will order more.

I don’t have a lot of fancy words to describe my experience, but I can say, in the several times I have ordered from Notebook Therapy I have received quality items with little to no fuss.

I use their products regularly and am yet to experience a single issue. Even their tote bag is still going strong after a year of consistent use and not a single stitch ripped.

The only time there was ever a struggle was when one of my many orders got stuck at customs. In this case, I contacted the team who quickly responded, identified the problem, and delivered the package as promised.

If you’re uncertain about your purchase - I, as a customer, can tell you that you can trust that you will receive a great product that will leave you wanting more. Beware - once you get your order it is almost impossible to go back, especially when they are constantly offering great discounts to those on their mailing list!

I cannot recommend them enough.

I am in awe of this company as a whole. The website design, the marketing, the customer care, the thought put into the products... there is intent behind every single thing.
