Needed an application where I could get my Spotify playlist to mp3 for djing and it worked perfectly, simply copy the link from Spotify to noteburner and it will start downloading your songs with the album cover and correct name to your computer. Loved the first month of this and am investing in the lifetime subscription which will be so worth it!!!

You should try Note Burner iTunes DRM Audio Converter if you wish to keep the music from Apple in different formats and DRM-free. You won't regret buying it, as I have purchased the monthly subscription and plan to purchase the lifetime license soon. The ability to play Apple music DRM-free on different devices and operating systems is so exciting to me. Besides converting DRM-locked Apple music to MP3, MP4, or other formats, this software runs at 10x faster speed, and the output song has excellent audio quality! I have only encountered many issues converting songs, mostly when a new version of mac is released.

I've recently lost my job so I haven't had enough money for Spotify Premium so I looked up different ways to still enjoy my music and I came across NoteBurner and at first I was skeptical but it's amazing and does a wonderful job at downloading and listing my music for me to freely listen to while I'm offline. They perfectly title the songs and place the correct icons to them unlike some other competitor downloaders I've tried before NoteBurner. If you're looking for a good and excellent working downloading software for some music through Spotify and Youtube I strongly suggest NoteBurner.

When looking for programs that work well or that have great response from tech teams to get things working look no further. I trust and use Noteburner for Spotify on a regular basis and it has been a great tool to convert. You wont be disappointed. Dj Orbs

I had a terrible experience with this company. Firstly, when installing the program, it wipped out a number of files. Secondly, when I applied for the refund that they say they offer within 30 days from the date of purchase, I found out when you read the small print that this applies only to a lifetime license (who the hell takes out a lifetime license?), with other (‘normal’) subscription-based plan (1-Month & 12-Month) the refund only applies within 5 days from the date of purchase. I only realized I was missing files on the 6th day! The issue was never resolved, and their email responses were rude.

My reply to NoteBurner response: “And for the refund policy, we would always refund you if we cannot help you solve the issue” this is blatantly untrue, they had six months to do this but never did, and would now appear to be paying lip service because it is in the public domain. All the necessary information was provided long ago. I have no desire to recommence email communications. In fact, I want absolutely nothing do with this company. I only submitted to this review site to warn other consumers. P.S. The positive reviews center around the product doing want it is supposed to do, but this has never been the issue; yes it does work, but wait until you have a problem and then have to deal with the company!

Udate: NoteBurner has offered me a new 1 month licence with a different program, rather than a refund, which I have accepted.

Update January 2023: I sent them my details as they requested on TrustPilot (see below) and their response was: “Our payment system cannot pass through the refund action … we will generate a new licence for you”. I said okay to this, but said I wanted a different program to the one that caused the original problem. We agreed to test out the trial version of Tidal Music Converter for Windows to see if I had any problems, and if it worked, they would generate the full licence. I told let them know that the program was fine. However, after doing what they wanted (giving them the info they requested and updating my review on Trustpilot to say that I had accepted their offer) they didn’t generate the new licence. After some time, I emailed again to see what was going on and they requested that I now “help them remove” the negative review if I wanted the ‘trial mode’ restrictions — that only allows for 3 minutes of recording — removed (Blackmail!)

On top of everything else, I had to take out a subscription to Tidal to see if the NoteBurner program worked, so now I have wasted my money on a monthly subscription to Tidal.

I should have known better after my original dealings with this cowboy outfit, but I fell for the bait. There will not be a next time. I refuse to have any more dealings with them (changing my email address if needed) and I would urge anyone who reads this to do likewise. Why a company would behave in this manner and destroy their reputation all over $12.95 is beyond my comprehension.

Incidentally, they claimed they hadn’t received my original email concerning the missing files, so I send them a copy of their reply to my email, proving they had received it!

Final update: Another bizarre response from NoteBurner: “Sorry to see that your Tidal Music Converter doesn't work properly …” This is not the issue! There is no problem with Tidal Music Converter. Do they actually read their emails? Does anyone at this company have any idea what is going on? Furthermore, what they do not say on the TrustPilot post, but they do in their latest email to me, is: “I'm going to apply for a new license for you. But I need to submit your positive review or removal review to apply that. Could you please help us change the review to 3-5 stars?”. Once again, they have not issued the licence as originally promised; instead they are attempting to blackmail me into changing the review.

Re: Updated again. Checked email. Nothing from NoteBurner. 11th Jan 2023. I want absolutely nothing to do with this company ever again. So I have changed my email address, which I have had for decades. Yet another inconvenience that has directly resulted from dealing with this disreputable company. End of story.

I downloaded NoteBurner Spotify to Mp3 on my laptop but when I ran the program for the first time my anti-virus software said it had detected malware and quarantined NoteBurner software. I downloaded from the official site, but I am worried about allowing my antivirus to allow NoteBurner. Is the download safe?

Just used NoteBurner for windows, it worked perfectly downloading Spotify songs, and even can convert to FLAC, the best quality audio format I think. I believe the program just downloads songs from Spotify, instead of re-encoding them. Now Apple Music offers lossless quality and I'm planning to give it a try to see if it will also actually download the ALAC from Apple Music. If you guys could give me a discount, I'm gonna upgrade to the lifetime plan.

I purchased my Noteburner Spotify downloader. Had nothing but trouble to get it downloaded. Noteburner Support helped me to get it downloaded. After downloading it, I tried to download songs from my playlist. Wouldn't download songs, said Failed 1101. Checked out failure code. It said to reinstall my Spotify. Did that, same results. Tried to contact Noteburner Support by email, email came back as permanent error, twice. I put in for a refund from PayPal. They are waiting for a response from the seller. Good luck with your purchase!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This software took over 4h to download 50 songs!! 50, not 500 and for sure not 5000! And i still have over 400 songs to go.. I assume it will take another two to three days!! Days, not hours!! This is unacceptable! I literally downloaded over 1200 song from You Tube Music in like 40 min, and also exported it to an usb flash drive and made a fully sorted media folder out of it. 40 mins, not hours! Really extremely disappointing, especially for 15 bucks per month! This is the first and also last time i’ll use this disaster of a software! Subscription is already canceled. Would not recommend, I rather would give it 0 stars if it would be possible here on trustpilot!

I have the Amazon music converter. I had tried other music converters, but had no luck at all. NoteBurner is amazing! No learning curve at all...worked fantastically right from the start! Excellent program!!!

NoteBurner’s recent updates are in line with user needs. for instance , now they need 10x speed in the Windows version, and therefore the sample rate has recently been increased. i used to be able to download audio and video with this software onto my computer and now can access the content whenever even if I have no internet access. I have tried multiple online converter to convert my music into my preferred format but none of them has proved to be as effective as NoteBurner.When I had some issue in using the software, I emailed them and that they were able to resolve my issue. They went through the trouble to actually resolve it! Something most companies today are lacking in, providing good customer service. Kudos to the team. Try it out, you will not regret it.

Exellent softwares. Noteburner series are slowly becoming a part of my life, I oftenly use them to covert music so I can listen to anything I want on all the devices. The conversion is fast and none of the encryptions can ever stop it.

The software is great, but the technical support from their team is outstanding.

This must be one of the best apps i have ever used. Being a DJ and so hard to find and get songs now which are so over priced, NoteBurner has made it so much more easier for me. DJing for 10 years this NoteBurner has been able to let me convert all my Spotify playlists with all my music in order to play them at my gigs and events. Furthmore the function in order to download the whole playlist is a MASSIVE plus for me. Any DJ small or big should get NoteBurner now in order for them to play any song in which they want to have in there music library. Also another massive plus seen as i also DJ at weddings it is now so much more eaiser to organise the music in which the people want for there weddings for example "1st Dance" etc and also being able to download the tracks in the highest quality is amazing and is already sorted out into there Playlist name in which you have created to organise your music for event. Summing up i think EVERY DJ and i mean EVERY DJ should get Notebuner now for them to keep there music on spotify upto date and convert it with the app. Go and get Noteburner Spotify Convertor Now!

So a little while back I was looking for a program that could convert my Spotify playlists into files (MP3) that I could use to play in Serato DJ. I have a Pioneer DDJ SR2, and MacBook Air that I am using to utilize the software and control the music. One of the biggest issues I am finding is that alot of the songs (not all of them, but enough that it's an issue) are clipping. I have tried internal settings on the computer, and have messed with the gain in the serato dj program, as well as turning trim down on the controller and still getting clipping, which is really annoying. I am currently just using cheap computer speakers to run sound until I can get monitors. Also, it's worth noting that the bitrate size of the mp3 files are around 1.7mb to 3mb in size, which I understand is more than enough to what an MP3 should be. Then I found this NoteBurner Spotify playlist downloader to convert Spotify as actual files and it does a great job - on both download speed and output quality. Highly recommend. Honestly, I wouldn't mind purchasing the lifetime plan on NoteBurner, as I need to mix anything on Spotify in the later future.

it doesnt work when I use spotify Record + auto modus, so therefore its just an expensive youtube downloader!!

I love Noteburner for Itunes converter. I have been using it for a few years and have never had a problem with it, except just now. Yesterday I tried to open the program and I keep getting an error: app initialization failure! Not sure why, as I used it two days previously without issue. Not sure if it was the last update, but don't know how to restore to previous. Anyway up until yesterday it was working great!

Over the past 2 months I have utilized a 1-month subscription to Noteburner Amazon Music Converter and a 1-month subscription to Sidify Amazon Music Converter. The following is what I experienced and the information I wish I had prior to this experience. Both programs were utilized on a PC where both companies boast of 10x conversion speed.

- FIRST and FOREMOST: Both companies pay for their POSTIVE reviews, so if you’re trying to decide which program is best for you, it will probably be pretty hard since Noteburner will reduce their price upto 10% for POSITIVE reviews, and Sidify will reduce their price upto 30% for POSITIVE reviews placed on the list of sites they provide you. The review must be POSITIVE in order to receive the discounts.
- Noteburner is more apt to offer a discount for another product, like purchasing the Mac version once it gets up to speed, whereas Sidify seemed to provide a response to this question based on the day they were having.
- I chose these 2 programs due to them not requiring my login credentials for the Music program.
- Both programs are near identical, with the primary exception being the color of the icon and color of the program once launched. I found all the features to be the same, including laid out the same.
- Both convert on a Mac at 1x, while a PC will get you a max of 5x the conversion rate. Both also allow a max number of files to convert at 500 files per conversion.
- It took me between 10-12 hours to convert 500 files, so if you have a lot of files to convert, you can figure around 1,000 files/day if you keep the programs running non-stop.
- Both programs seemed unstable, with Noteburner being more unstable than Sidify. I had to constantly restart both programs to get the most out of the conversion. The first 60-80 files will convert at a faster speed, and then the speed will drop off to approx. 1.5mins/song or 1% converted per second of elapsed real time. I had to access the TASK MANAGER on the PC for Sidify frequently due to it not shutting down and freezing-frequently. I did not experience the freezing aspect with Noteburner.
- Directions are not included with either program, and the settings for both programs are set to convert files to FLAC format. This would have been nice to know ahead of time, because I had to reconvert all the FLAC files to AAC; and spend even more time to get the intended result.
- Customer Service for both programs is not domestic, and I did find it to be good, however they only respond during the weekdays.
- If you have any issues with Noteburner, their first defense is that your internet speed is bad, therefore it’s YOUR fault the program is not performing up to expectations. I did not have an experience with Sidify like this. I did end up going to Sidify, because I was fed up with Noteburner not performing to my expectations that were set by the information I found on their website.
- I did update Noteburner, and the program converted at an even slower rate.
- Both programs had to be restarted multiple times due to the conversion wheel spinning but nothing was being converted.

In closing, I find it unacceptable that positive reviews are being posted due to these companies offering substantial discounts in lieu of positive posted reviews. The conversion process is not a quick process by any means, but does offer an avenue to achieve a desired result. I found both programs to lack the stability and performance to justify a $120+ subscription, and again, 1,000 converted songs max per day is A LOT of time spent babysitting a program that should be capable of running unsupervised; due to its requirement for payment. However, I had to constantly check in on the program and restart it once the conversion rate slowed, which it frequently did.

I bought the software 5 years ago and I’ve been using it to convert music since then. It works very well, it’s stable, easy to use and to set with many options for the conversion output. Regularly updated, it has never crashed in my experience. Essential tool for my music listening. Moreover, I wish to thank the support, very efficient and helpful: out of the blue, the other week I had to substitute my laptop, but when I downloaded the software onto the new one I realized I had lost the registration key, so I contacted the support and they immediately sent me another again. Really honest and professional. I recommend it!
