NoteBurner worked great. Then had a problem with my computer (had to have a new C: Drive!) and things were a bit wobbly in a number of areas.
Told NoteBurner about my problem - solution emailed next day and working AOK again.

This app is not designed for audiophiles. It could go for an unexperienced listener, but definitely not for pros. Luckily, after buying it and testing it, being unsatisfied, they agreed to fully refund me. I suggest some improvements, like the audio level (the downloads are clipped a lot, especially newer albums or hi-res, but it happens to older ones too, on 16-bit). Support can try to reply faster, although they replied to all my mails.

Kristen offers great customer support. Had a problem with running program and she resolved it soon after contacting her. Also had auto renewal issue and she reversed charges to cancel service. She was prompt and polite.

Beware the annual auto-renewal!

This company will not notify you of the upcoming renewal, yet refuse a refund if you request it after just 5 days from the renewal date.

All reputable companies inform customers ahead of the renewal date and have much more reasonable terms.

I've been trying to find a way to download my uploaded music from Youtube Music since i've switched to Apple Music. The official way through Google Takeout does not work for me since everytime I go to download the files it does not go through and I get a download failed message. This has been my first time using a downloading software for music, and after taking a look to many other sites and many other softwares, I finally realized this is the best one in the market.

As far as I know, this one is the only one which can let you download more than one song at the same time. So if you are looking for a software which allows you to do that, from my point of view, Noteburner is the best option.

On one hand, about one of the good points of the software, is that you can easily copy and paste the url of the playlist you want to download, thanks to the intuituve and easy interface noteburner has. For me it's also quite important the quality of the songs and how fast is the speed to load the playlist, get the songs, and how is the sound in general. I can confirm that noteburner achieve greatly all these goals.

On the other hand, and as it's usual in those kind of softwares, you have some limitattions with the free version and you have to get the premium version to see the full potential of the product. So, in the free version, you can only download the 1st minute of every song, but you can load the whole playlist and choose your favourite songs just with one click.

In my personal experience, I'm using it only for the Spotify Music Converter, to download all the playlist I've spent some time to create and have them offline. My goal is to use it in the computer in places where there is no internet conecction or put them in old cars or phones (as mp3 songs) through for example a pen drive.

Finally, and as far as I know, you can also use it in other platforms, and of course, for both Mac and Windows computers.
