Would be great if not in violation of Spotify terms and conditions. I've had my Spotify account locked and pretty much wasted $100 on your subscription fee. Disappointed !

I wanted an app/program that I could use to create a libary of songs that I had many years ago. At first it worked fine and then it didnt. I left it up to the noteburner team to fix the issue that it couldnt parse the song. It took around two weeks to fix the issue.To all other users be patient as a fix will come. I just left it up to noteburner team and it was fixed. Thanks very Team.

We've been using this app for two years now and it fulfilled all of our needs in term of quality, speed and most of all stability!
Any playlist we put on we'll be downloaded very efficiently without the need to check twice as long as you make sure that you are properly connected to your account!
The only downside is that you can use it only on one computer and if you chose Windows, then you are stuck with it...
But they warn you about that when you purchase it so that's allright, we're ready to forgive them!

I was weary at first because I don’t know much about tech and a friend of mine suggested this converter. I got it and it worked and has continued to work and improve because of the updates. I have used Noteburner two years now. I recommend Noteburner because it’s easy to use and will get you what you need.

I stupidly paid for both Spotify & iTunes download software from Noteburner. They both worked okay but what they don't tell you is that Spotify know exactly what you're doing with this software. I didn't know until today but Spotify had blocked my account as they believed I was making illegal copies of audible books in contravention of their policies. I've reactivated my account but I can't use this software with Spotify again. What a waste of money that was! Be very wary with this.

Noteburner have since contacted me but have not offered to refund me at all. Instead, they have tried to blackmail me into taking down this review in exchange for another product. Does that not tell you what type of people you are dealing with?

Maybe I shouldn't have been that naive. Apple Music / Tidal can see what's happening and are blocking downloads after 12 seconds. I've written to customer support and based on other people's experience, I suspect I will hear nothing useful. That's a scam. Do not waste your money

Noteburner itunes converter for windows is a good software which convert apple music in lossless audio quality and noteburner help is very good Thanks

UPDATE: This software does not work AT ALL!!! NOTEBURNER MUSIC ONE will begin to convert amazon albums but will then error out after converting a few tracks. When converting from TIDAL, it does not preserve the track quality - meaning all tracks are converted to 16/44.1 (even if they are listed as MAX in tidal desktop application. NOTEBURNER support said to set the conversion to either 96 or 192; but that would risk unwanted upconversion or downconversion when the file is saved. NOTEBURNER support indicated that this is a known problem.

I paid for the subscription for Noteburner to convert mp3s. Never got the code or email receipt. Contacted support multiple time to this day. Not a single response. Crickets. Had contest the charge with my bank.

On 01-22-2024 I received contact from Noteburner support finally. Said my email was typed incorrectly. They said I needed to purchase again with the correct email and will then refund the original purchase. I Will do.

Simply the best , better than all the rest !!!🎵

I’m writing this review because I’m actually surprised at how punctual the support team is at responding to issues.
They refunded my account when I accidentally bought the wrong package, and when I upgraded to Mac OS Sonoma it cleared my registration code but within minutes of my email they responded with my code and I was back up and running. Solid team they have over there.

A comprehensie app which produces great quality audio conversions, and an unparalleled support team!

I have been using Note Burner for some time now and must say that the downloads are as good as the source.
