I really like this company — fair prices and quality products, even if it’s not a famous million-dollar brand.

I consistently buy from Noted Aromas, especially for scents to take when I travel/keep in my work bag, and I happily spray liberally with gay abandon. The vast majority of the scents I have tried are bang on the button, the others are still really good, long lasting, wearable scents, but not quite a 100% dupe.

The delivery is normally pretty swift, and when I had an issue with one of the sprayers not working, after sending a video of the problem, a replacement was sent out.

I bought the Ankara fragrance after I had commented on how good it smelt - so personal recommendation.
Nearly everyone I meet time I wear it someone compliments me on how good I smell! I’ve recommended your products to so many people now.
I also bought some of the men’s fragrances as gifts.
I love my mystery bundle too - Lille is a new favourite!

I don't buy any other brands now other than Noted Aromas, always get compliments and so does everyone else in the family, Always champion you when people ask what am I wearing. A customer of yours of 7 Years, thank you, you have saved me a fortune. x

It been almost 8 months i only order from them it saves me hundreds and give me same test of perfumes, i really do recommend

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Noted Aromas.

My parcel has now been delayed for over a week, and despite sending multiple emails, none of the customer service team have replied or offered any real help regarding the delivery delay or potentially misplaced parcel. What makes this even more frustrating is that this order was meant to be a gift, and because of these delays, it has completely missed the occasion.

To make matters worse, I still have no clear update on where the parcel is or when it will actually be delivered. Evri customer service has also been unhelpful and unable to provide any useful information regarding the delayed or possibly lost parcel.

I have spent over £100 with Noted Aromas and have been a loyal customer for a long time, which is why this experience feels even more disappointing. Until now, I had never experienced issues like this, but the complete lack of communication, initiative, and customer care has left me feeling ignored and neglected as a customer.

At this point, I am not only frustrated by the delay itself, but also by how poorly the situation has been handled. Loyal customers deserve better support, especially when orders go wrong. I sincerely hope Noted Aromas takes responsibility for this situation and offers appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.

Sadly, this experience has made me seriously question whether I will order from Noted Aromas again.

If there was a zero star i would give. Absolute rip off merchants and there is no way the perfume i purchased which was the dupe for Coco Mademoiselle by CHANEL smelt one bit like it. There wasn't even a trace of the lovely smell. DON'T LET THEM MAKE YOU FALL FOR IT LIKE I DID.

Really lovely fragrances similar to the smell of the big brands ones. Delivery was quickly. Little bottles are lovely and made of glass… better than competitors with the 5ml in plastic bottles.

Excellent Customer Service: supreme scents.
Having been a returning customer for three particular scents that are always complimented - even had an older lady follow me around a supermarket to tell me she loved my fragrance (DUBLIN) - I am experimenting with different recommendations and have yet to be disappointed. Excellent customer service; orders arrive promptly; rare issues dealt with swiftly. One broken in transit delivery was replaced in days by the exceptional customer service team.

Noted Aromas are fantastic! Their perfumes are so much like the originals but for a fraction of the price. The delivery is also quite speedy. I will never go back to paying hundreds of pounds for perfume I can buy from Noted Aromas, I highly recommend this company for its first class service and products. 5*****x

Easy to order, delivered in good time, perfumes are great, they last a long time and small lovely. I have ordered 4 or 5 times.

Have been using noted aromas for about 5 years now, my collection is massive and I am obsessed, why? Because I am always being complemented on how delightful I smell or asked if I am wearing, prada, good girl or many many others brands. When I say I wear a dupe, instantly phones are out and people are in the website. My whole family know what they are getting for a gift from me and they love it too! Thanks Karolina (old work colleague) who told me about noted aromas!

Wow, just wow.
I've tried a few different companies that do the inspired fragrances, which were hit and miss. Ordered the mixed sample bundle before committing fully. The fragrances are long lasting and as close to the real thing, and in some cases better. Singapore is sublime and one of the longer lasting fragrances from all the other suppliers.
