Ho acquistato su questo sito un profumo e nell’arco di pochi giorni mi è stato recapitato, rispettando le tempistiche previste. Aprendo il pacco mi sono resa conto che il profumo arrivato era la nuova versione di quello ordinato che, purtroppo, è fuori produzione. Ho mandato una email al servizio clienti che mi ha prontamente assistito in maniera impeccabile, spiegandomi le modalità di reso, inviandomi l’etichetta per la spedizione e programmando il ritiro del pacco al mio domicilio. Dopo tre giorni ho ricevuto il rimborso dell’acquisto effettuato. Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta per la serietà con cui questo sito di e-commerce ha gestito la mia richiesta di assistenza e questo mi invoglia a ripetere l’esperienza di acquisto.
