I had the pleasure of shopping with this company a few weeks ago. It's unfortunate that they do not ship to the USA, but I have a lot of friends in Europe who have no problem sending my purchases on to me. I ordered this beautiful pink suit. The quality is stunning, and it is quite possibly the best thing I own at the moment. They have so many different sorts of clothes. It may seem like their clothes are sort of basic at first, but they put these unique twists on their items to make them one of a kind. their customer service, though? They are absolutely amazing! They treated me with such kindness and respect when I had questions about billing. They were just so friendly and helpful! I cannot wax ecstatic about this company enough. I will say you are in good hands if you shop at Notes du Nord. If anything goes wrong, they have no problem helping as soon as they can. That's another thing, I got responses to my emails within hours as opposed to days. I love this company so much, and I feel comfortable shopping with them in the future. I am just so pleased with my purchase and the way customer service handled the entire transaction process. Well done!
