Excellent service! Ordered a pair of SB Pros and not only were they cheaper than pretty much everywhere else they came next day delivery with free postage. Doesn’t get much better than that!

Note staff are great.
Advice on skateboarding is essential for a beginner such as myself.
I got great advice in store.
Particularly Dan who gave us great sales and style advice.
I’ve bought stuff from the sales department online previously and it was great value.
Would recommend Note.

Not a great experience.

I received an item that looked as though it had been tried on in the shop multiple times, popped back on a hanger too many times and not overly “new”. The item didn’t even have a tag to indicate it was new which was a bit of a concern.

I contacted the shop to sort out a return. Spoke to a lad on the phone who told me to return the item and they would refund the full amount plus return postage costs.

However having followed this request, and after I returned the item they then send me a postage label to use, which was too late as it was already out for return and they hadn’t explained this on the call.

The item is then received by them and they simply email me saying they won’t be refunding my postage as it states in their Terms they don’t cover this and we think the item is fine.

Having purchased skate clothes for the last 35 years I think I will stay with the usual shops with a better customer outlook you can see why the Rollersnakes, Slam City etc have many of the same customers all these years later.

Products are superb and at competitive prices. Got my items next day even with the free shipping.

I had to return a few items for different sizes and they exchanged it and sent out the new sizes all within the same day of receiving my return. Also the person I dealt with via email was amazing.

Will be back!

I have ordered online from them many times to get my fave skate stuff & they have never let me down.
They have always delivered shoes in a cardboard box to keep things looking nice.

Made an order over 5 weeks ago now and still haven’t received my items. Going back and forth through emails to work out where it is and get told to wait each time. At 5 weeks now and counting still not items or refund. Don’t bother shopping here! So many better options out there

Bought some shoes from them and came double boxed, good enough speed and value is very good.

Girlfriend bought me a complete skateboard as my present, after paying for next day delivery and not receiving it for almost a week NOTE still thought it best to only answer 1/10 phone calls and ignoring all of our emails. When we did get through I was promised a call back which never happened. To make things worse, the packing was horrendous, got a hole chipped in the grip and 2 parts of the artwork chipped away, finally finishing it off with some lovely air bubbles in the tape, wow. No ring of the doorbell to let me know it arrived even though it is a package that needed to be signed for. To sum it up, no communication, shoddy workmanship and an overall poor experience, and I’ve never had to write a bad review for a company before but this was too much. Be advised that they ship with DHL and don’t communicate with them either so be careful with items not turning up etc.

Rare items, fair prices and fast delivery.

I found a pair of limited edition sneaks that I wanted and couldn’t find in my size anywhere else. They were quickly dispatched and in my hands 24 hours late. Informative, quick dispatch, all round great service. Will certainly be shopping there again!

I ordered a pair of puma x butter goods shoes and they were too small. Was quick and easy to return them for the next size up, and to be returned to a different address. Give Adam and Mani a raise they were very helpful.

I never really review shops on Trustpilot but after seeing how few reviews Note Shop had, I had to leave one myself. I ordered a pair of New Balance shoes that were sold out on the NB store. Note Shop were also selling them for £15 cheaper. I live in Glasgow and even with free shipping I received them within 2 days! The website is smooth and easy to navigate. Overall I'm thrilled and impressed with the service. Will definitely buy from Note Shop again and would recommend them to anyone, cheers:).

Visited Manchester for first time. Went to shop to look for Christmas presents for my picky sons. The 2 guys in the shop were great! Really great customer service, everything not a problem for them. They know their stuff and shop was immaculate!!

Not many reviews on here, I actually take that as a good sign, most satisfied customers can’t be bothered to put a nice word in.

Anyway, item ordered, item fits, looks good and came promptly. Will order again
