Rated 2 out of 5 stars

There is no "Free" plan at all. It is a Trial and not stated as such.

Their pricing page with signup link indicate there is a "Free" version of their product. This is, from an outside point of view, misleading, unclear, and fosters distrust.
/pricing/ page"
"Free
No commitment, no risk
For creators who are beginning to collaborate"

I signed up for their "Free" version. 7 days later it expired without warning, with no way to use the advertised "Free" version without paying to upgrade
/terms/ page:
"Any free Trial or other promotion that provides access to The Service must be used within the specified time of the Trial. The Account Owner must stop using The Service before the end of the trial period in order to avoid being charged for The Service."

What "free Trial"? There is nowhere on their website to sign up for a "Free Trial"
This is why their products offering is misleading. It makes a person afraid to sign up for any paid version for fear there will be more undisclosed terms that are missing or listed on some other page with no link to it when signing up.
