Ordered over a month ago (14th June) and have received absolutely nothing. It is also impossible to get in contact with them (not email nor instagram). They are a SCAM. Do not buy from them. I at least hope I can get my money back somehow.

Didnt receive package updates then they took back the order I tried talking to them in every platform an email imaginable and nothinng....

I've been waiting more than 2 months for my clothes and the communication is disgusting.

Never attempted to deliver a t-shirt I ordered for my son's Birthday. Tracked on shop app and says it was returned to sender. I have messaged on Instagram and no reply, no other way to contact them. So they have just kept my £30. Don't use, a shambles

The worst clothes company I've ever ordered from. Firstly, the delivery time was not as advertised, i.e. the courier was supposed to take 24 hours and it took 96 hours, secondly it was said that it would only take 2 days to be dispatched and it took much longer (7 days).
The product I ordered was a sweatshirt that was supposed to be 100 per cent cotton, which is a lie as it came in 50 per cent cotton and 50 per cent polyester.
The quality of the product is awful.
Technical support is also unresponsive, this is on whatsapp and email.

Imposible to give back an order horrible post sale experience, once you buy it theres no way back for a change or that they give back the money

The package came, but there is no way to talk with them. The customer service email doesn't work and they don't reply to your messages on Instagram

I think I have been scammed as well. No order and no replies from customer service...

The never shipped the item.its been 5 month No communication at all they don’t reply to emails or WhatsApp messages. Don not buy.

Haven’t received my items and can’t contact them anywhere for a refund.

Scam site. I paid 40€ on an order and they didn’t even send me a confirmation email. I don’t know if the order even shipped, and I don’t have any way to solve the issue since they won’t respond on instagram. In their contacts section it says you should be able to contact them to a certain number on whatsapp, but said number isn’t on whatsapp. Now it’s been three weeks since I placed the order and I left any hope of receiving the things I paid for.

Stil waiting on my order from September 2023. I have already bought 2 t-shirts in May which have been delivered and was happy about it but because of the latest order I am disappointed.

I have bought from here before and was. very pleased but the recent purchase I made has completely put me off this company. I returned my items and send many emails in regards to the return and did not hear an answer at all. I sent my parcel back and delivery was attempted but no one could collect it, it was then sat in a warehouse waiting to get collected by one of the members for a whole MONTH! No communication whatsoever even after trying to send more emails and using Instagram!

First off the delivery took about 12 days to the uk so not too bad could be better. I ordered a hoodie and a T-shirt and the quality of the hoodie is very good I have to say. Very comfortable, warm and good cropped boxy fit. Only issue is that the hood is a bit small. The hoodie is definitely worth it. But the T-shirt is very poor, way too long and quite thin,low gsm and not a good fit at all.

Just received an order for pablo print T-shirt, Kobe T-shirt kiss my airs and notre sweatshirt poor quality of all products the fits doesn’t look like how they are shown on website in addition it seems like they buy plain sweatshirts and T-shirts print it off at poor facility was really looking forward to my stuff but disappointed don’t buy fit of the stuff is really bad

Order placed in october, still haven’t received the items (April!!). You can’t contact them in any form, not on instagram, email, whatsapp, nowhere. Scam!
