Absolute scam. I bought 2 hoodies and received 1 wrong hoodie. I tried contacting them via WhatsApp and email but have been ignored. On their website it clearly says that you won't be issued a refund when returning as you will be issued a discount on how much your item cost. Absolute waste of time don't buy from them.

I made this order in August. Till December I had received only half of the order. It was quite a big order, over 250+ eur. They told me they couldn't done all the items in such a short period of time, they even argued with me that people don't understand that everything is handmade etc.. Then in December they sent me information with the last shipment, that the last shipment will include all the missing items. Unfortunately in that shipment I received only 2 of the missing items, there are still 2 hoodies missing. They haven't answered to my email, I haven't received the items and I'm really, really disappointed. I can only suggest not to order from them. I will never order again. I don't have the items, I will report them, very bad customer service or let's say NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. This is already the second bad review about the company and all about the same order. At first they didn't send it in time, I had to wait 2+ months for part of the order!!! And for the second part of the order - they show that there will be 4 items in the shipment (all items that were missing in the first shipment), but only 2 items arrived.. How bad is the work ethics in this company?

I purchased some Tshirt from this site almost two months ago, and they haven't arrived yet. The order is being late of two weeks and I can't contact the customer service or ask for a refund.
No answer on whatsapp, email or instagram.
Its an obvious scam…
Instagram should block the account so they can stop scamming people.

I ordered a hoodie and I absolutely LOVE IT. The quality is amazing, it is so warm and comfy, totally worth the prize. After a several washes it is still as thick as the first day. However it took 2 months to arrive from Italy to Spain. They wouldn’t answer my messages and emails. They are worth it if you can wait.

I've ordered the wrong size, I send it back and they never sent another item and don't respond to any emails. They kept my money. No item and no refund. This company is a scam. Stay away from them.

The order placed and paid! on 20.10.2023 did not arrive.
Unfortunately the reviews were ok at that time. No answer on whatsapp contact after mailing to the infoadress...

I bought 100€ of goods on f***ing AUGUST 23th and nothing has been delivered since then. It's december 12th, 4 months later still nothing. THEY DON'T ANSWER your texts, neither on email, whatsapp, or instagram. DON'T TRUST them, don't trust the obviously fake good reviews that they get there. DON'T BUY you'll get SCAMMED 100%

The quality of the hoodies I ordered is very good and they look great. However, I had to wait for quite a long time for delivery and then only 1 out of 3 arrived. Luckily, then I received a coupon so I could order the missing ones for free and they arrived in 2 days!

I placed my order on October 19, fully paid through Klarna, and now is December 9 and the order is still hanging with the status "Unfulfilled". One of my friends bought hoodies from them with very good quality and very beautiful, and she is the one who suggested this website. Ironically, we both live in the same city in Italy, and her order came in 1 week, but mine is still nowhere to be found. I paid them 130 euros, and it is not a small amount of money for a university student. I will wait for a couple of days more and then contact Klarna Support to see if there is anything they can do because from the reviews I read here, it seems to be impossible to contact Notforresale directly.

We ordered 3 hoodies beginning of October and we received nothing. We tried to contact this firm by Whatsapp or e-mail but they are not responding. It looks like they just took our money and we are getting nothing in return.

At first i was skeptical, because of the reviews but i ordered ynway.. best choice of my life, tzhe goods camein 4 days from italy to slovenia, the quality is as described... so people the site and bussines is legit i am a life witness

The hoodies are such amazing quality, and so THICK!! I would say the quality of the hoodies are worth their price. The delivery time can be slow on occasion outside Italy but after realising how comfy they are they’re worth the wait.

Website is great, the items are very nice too, nothing to complain about honestly.

Bought a hoodie but send it back to exchange sizes but never got any message back about this! Already contacted through email, Instagram and WhatsApp and nothing!
