I have nothing 2a, since last update. Apps close prematurely, internet and WiFi connectivity issues and battery drain is ridiculous. I only needed to charge my phone every couple of days now I'm havin... See more

Silly man stood in the dark
Silly man stood behind a door in this dark shop is surprised when somebody tried to gain entry. Then points to the opening times at the bottom of the door which are not in line of sight. Early closing for a Saturday. He could have locked the door if he didn't want to place both of us in this situation. I travelled from Nottingham with the idea of looking at this phone but was met with such hostility I'll stick with Samsung.
Rip off returns process
Awful, unclear and expensive returns process. Was told could try them and return them, but it cost £10 to return a tiny pair of headphones.
The headphones were shaped very strangely and didn't fit at all.
I liked the Phone (1) and earbuds are…
I liked the Phone (1) and earbuds are ok but in the end it’s just another phone. The new OS updates are not worth upgrading for a new phone and it feels like they deprioritised the early adopters as far as waiting for new updates are concerned.
I bought a pair of earphones a couple…
I bought a pair of earphones a couple of months ago. Lost the case, contacted the company for replacement. They told me they can't help me. That means I'm left with perfectly fine earbuds I can't use and wasted $150.
Return/refund process is tedious
I received a faulty product. It has taken several weeks to process the refund. Customer support is nice, but it is annoying to spend several days just to email back and forth when I just want a return/refund at this point.
Go Nothing!
Great company, I've gotten a Nothing Phone (2) Launch Edition set, and it all works perfectly and a issue with the power brick occurred but it was no issue for them and got a replacement quickly, honestly I'd call it the IOS of Android, a great choice.
Very worst service
Very worst service
Very worst service service centre and costomer care also
Absolute scam
Absolute scam,
I ordered the nothing ear, they did not meat expectations. I wanted to return them, the return process is made to be as complex and cumbersome as one can imagine. As cherry on top of the cake I paid 17 euros for the return, clearly done to make you not return it. In no way it's 17 euro to ship this mini package. Pretty sure they are not even complying with European rules here.
worst phone
AWFUL customer service
After continued awful customer support, i submitted my request for a replacement on their website, and shocker. IT WAS INVALID
The emails they send from customer support are awful and do not even remotely respond to what your email says, its like they have a set selection of responses and ignore your actual message
This company it's a joke
This company it's a joke
The customers care don't know what to do or say
The phone is awful the battery is the main issue
Worst Phone Company Ever
Having to deal with this company has been nothing short of awful. Not only has the phone not worked since I bought it, the replacement device had the exact same issue as well. The issue now is they won't even reply to me regarding the matter and have been stringing me along for the past week now with no signs of them ever actually refunding me the money I paid for a device that wont even let me use my SIM card in as they say 'it may have compatibility issues' despite being a top UK network. Also my SIM works in iPhones and Samsung devices, so it is an issue with Nothing themselves.
Absolutely appalling service, phone, company and support. Would give them 0 stars if I could and I am reporting the company to trading standards.
Very polite
So I had problems with my nothing ear a and the support helps me a lot with this. Aya Ali gave me so many options how I could fix the problem. I am very thankfull that the problem is away 🙏

has since been resolved
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AFTER SALES
DIDNT RECEIVE THE RIGHT REFUND, HAD TO CHASE MULTIPLE TIMES AND REFUND IS STILL INCORRECT!!!!
request (982409)
I have just had a refund of £6...
£1,520.99 was taken from my account and i was refunded £1,484.00 (£1,478.00 + £6)
There's a difference of £36.99
I understand that I needed to pay for the shipping label but I only used one and only asked for 1 shipping label. This should not come out of an expense of £36.99
Please could you further look into this as i am not happy.
Great and rapid responce from Basma…

Basma Saeed was a perfect helper
Basma Saeed was a perfect helper, he attended my case in less than an hour and helped me fast and easy, easy to contact and easy to talk to them. Thank you
Nothing phone 1/2 top class.
I've had a nothing phone 1 and currently have a nothing phone 2a, not an issue with either phone. Cracking phones for a cracking price. Lots of negative reviews here but I couldn't disagree more. The phones are sub £400 (not sure about the pro price). I absolutely hammer mine all day everyday. Great phone, great spec, great price 👍
I also have the nothing ear 2 which I use around 8 hours a day, not had a problem for over 12 months.
I will be getting the Nothing 3a pro when my contract renews.
Most reviews likely forgot the price bracket of the phone and what you get for it. The equivalent big brand is over £1000
I bought a CMF phone 1
I bought a CMF phone 1. I deeply regret it. The volume buttons are place so you take a screenshot when you turn of the phone. The phone can't connect to almost half of my devices. No connection to apple products. No updates for danish when you're texting. Don't buy the outdated phone 1. I miss the fantastic Huawei phones.
I am happy with the product
I am happy with the product. But why do you not even include a needle in the box...not everyone has one lying around...no charger..fair enough..most have a charger from the phone they are replacing..but why skimp out on the needle even..the thing cost like 5 cents to produce. It almost ruined my unboxing experience.
