These Bolle contour metal framed safety glasses were really great, worth spending extra than the plastic framed one's, though heavier, the spring hinges more than make up for it in comfort fit, I use these glasses for driving. The ESP lens ones brighten up the view and sharpen the image. The smoked ones are just like normal tinted sunglasses. Very pleased with purchase would buy again when needed, good service and price from Nothing but safety glasses though I was worried when I saw they came in a jiffy bag through the post would have been better with a stiff cardboard box.

I rang to ask for advice and spoke to Miranda who was very patient and explained and answered all my questions. The product I needed was not in stock at that time. As soon as it was in I had a phone call from Miranda to say they were in and to go on line immediately to order. This I did and I successfully purchased vital PPE to allow me to work when government allows.

I still haven’t received my order, you are not answering the phone or calling me back After I leave answerphone messages to enable me to discuss your delivery options. DPD will not give me an option to deliver outside my working hours, or at weekend and they will not leave the delivery in a safe place, our nearest neighbour is 3 miles away and it’s a pub, which is closed. You have over£100 of my money and I cannot even get to speak to somebody to get my money back! I have had to purchase these items elsewhere as they are needed for key workers. Very disappointed!

Updated, once I spoke directly to the company, they were very apologetic and explained the DPD situation and responded efficiently. I got my order the next day as promised and I’m very happy with the product. Any negativity of mine is really aimed at DPD, who are very difficult to work with and inflexible.

The level of communication was first class, however after being informed that we must pay our client back the vat, after they sent us the government link on why safety goggles should be vat exempt, we have been left quite frustrated. If they can sort the vat aspect of their ordering process out, I will certainly buy from them again.
