Before I bought the Titan Squash Raven
Before I bought the Titan Squash Raven, I exchanged messages to someone (unknown) and through his/her helpful recommendations (sent links) I made up my mind with confidence. It didn't take long and got the eye protection in the post. I had not played badminton for a month due to freak accident. On the third week after my cataract operation (left eye), played badminton and shuttlecock hit hard on my operated eye and caused hyphaema. I suffered rings of light for two weeks (couldn't drive) and still have blurry vision. As the internal eye bleeding got better, the eye surgeon confirmed that the lens moved slightly and nothing could be done. I was lucky I didn't lose my sight! With finger crossed, hopefully in six months to a year, my left eye will restore its full vision.
I played badminton after a month and wore my Titan eye protection. Everyone said it looks cool. One female player asked where I bought it. Promised to give her the link via whatsapp. I am confident due to my injury, others may wear eye protection through Nothingbutsafetyglasses.

Excellent customer service
My safety glasses arrived promptly and were well packed. I opened the sealed packaging to try on my new glasses to find that unfortuately they didn't fit. After speaking to the company, despite being unable to return the item because the sealed pack had been opened, they were very helpful and efficient in advising me and quickly supplied more suitable replacement glasses which fit well.

You are correct that our policy is that once opened safetyglasses cannot be returned as there is no way to find out if they have been tampered with. Therefore as a safety item meaning that they cannot be resold.
In terms of the 7 days part of the policy we investigate this against the law for online sales and come back to you.
We want to ensure that you get a pair of safety glasses that meet your requirements and fit well. In this case we would be happy to discuss a replacement if you could send back the pair of glasses that you have recieved.
