It tooks ages to get the small parcel delivered to Switzerland. After purchasing the items, I received the following statement per email in German "Ihr Paket wird abhängig von aktuellen Kapazitäten des Versandunternehmens zugestellt, das Sie bezüglich der Zustellung kontaktieren wird."
actually it took 48 hours to Notino to pass over the parcel to the post in the Czech Republic... Than it tooks 4 additional days to go over Liechtenstein and then one more day to arrive in Switzerland and an additional day to arrive to my mailbox... profoundly disappointed about the transparency regarding the country of origin for the shipment....

There are many products, but I am still missing more natural products from brands Nobilis Tilia or Saloos. Overall its a great shopping site with good prices.

I never want buy anything here . Send for me broken perfum and don’t want take back .. give me 10fr and say if I keep this thiss not broken I send many photo I’m very angry here don’t have responsibility.. 😡😡😡

shipping costs should be free after a certain value spent

They haven't delivered my order but they kept my money! They claim that they did deliver, but they cannot prove it with some valid proof from postal services. They are sending dubious e mails from suspicious servers, probably to hack your computer on top. I cannot believe that a site like this exists in Switzerland, 100% frauds

Love Notino, have been shopping there for everything I need in terms of cosmetics. Amazing service, all good and high quality. The only thing that would be nice is if they had some sort of loyalty programe for repeating customers so we could get benefits, discounts or simply free shipping.

After making this first purchase with them I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and well packaged the items were.

I've ordered previously with Notino.fr and experience was good. This time, I ordered with Notino.ch and experience was terrible because I had no choice of language (German only, in Switzerland we speak 4 different language and English remains a good option), and there is a problem with registered users on your website. I previously registered and ordered on Notino.fr (back then I wanted to be delivered in France), but then, I cannot login with my credentials on Notino.ch. I have only one email address so I couldn't login...
The rest is good.
