Terrible. Last 5 orders were late. Last one box damaged and one of my 5 purchases missing. Stupidly I used Notino again and yesterday I received a message saying DPD having my order ready for delivery. Today lo and behold it’s says it’s undeliverable….due to the fact Notino cancelled my order with no warning or explanation. And, NO REFUND. Quick to take your money but no so in paying it back. Never using Notino again. Use Justmylook instead. Never had an issue and free postage.

Truly awful experience. I was sent the wrong product, so I sent an email with a photo showing incorrect product in the packaging alongside my order form. Didn’t get a response for ages, when they did reply it was to ask for even more photos, including all sides of the original packaging, including the inside and the bar code and batch numbers photographed on the box and the actual product! I did this, again a long delay in response. I was then outright lied to and told that the company had actually repackaged the product and renamed it but it was the same product I had ordered. Not true. They are 2 completely different products for different skin types. I sent product information including ingredient lists and product details from the actual manufacturer’s website. The next response was to tell me that I had been sent the correct product “according to their records!” The only thing I can do is send it back, at my own expense, with a complaint form and they will do an investigation and they will let me know the outcome of that investigation within 30 days!!!
Do not do it to yourself…it is not worth the stress or hassle…find a different firm!

I had an order from Notino , where two products were completely damaged during shipping. When I've contacted the customer service, I've got an response within two days , offering me multiple options. Many thanks to Lucia and Anastasia for such a great customer service who offered me a voucher for the two damaged products plus the shipping fees.

My second order it thought I would be receiving small bottles of perfume. Instead I received vials which are impossible to open

I have not received my order. Despite waiting for a considerable amount of time, there has been no delivery and I have not received a refund either.
Don’t order from them they don’t deliver your order and they don’t give a refund

I'm giving one star purely because of my customer service experience with Notino UK, which has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I've been a Notino customer for years, even before the company launched in the UK, and I've always received professional, helpful service, even when issues arose. Unfortunately, my experience with the UK customer service team has been the complete opposite.

My parcel was never delivered because it was damaged during transit. DPD even provided photographic evidence confirming that the parcel couldn't be delivered due to the damage. Apparently, this isn't considered sufficient evidence by Notino, and I've now been waiting for a week while they claim they need additional confirmation from DPD about the parcel's status.

To make matters worse, I paid for their "Priority Complaints" service, which states that issues involving damaged or undelivered parcels should be resolved within three days. My case clearly meets both of those criteria, yet I've been told that this guarantee doesn't apply to my situation, with no satisfactory explanation.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and falls far below the standard of service I've come to expect from Notino. It's disappointing to see such a stark difference between the excellent customer service I received previously and the poor support currently provided by the UK team.

Easy to use and fast delivery.

I used notino as they were sellling the fragrance I wanted the cheapest. After I received the item I found out why. £170 for 100ml of a fragrance that was bottled in
2021 and a use by time of 8 months. Never again!

Great place to buy niche fragrances at a discount..Always use DPD as the courier is my advice to people and not Evri.!

Despite my full address being in the order, they missed the first line of my address from the delivery, meaning DPD can’t deliver it. When phoning NOTINO during opening hours, it cuts me off when trying to speak to a person, and no one is answering emails. Spent loads of money for my wife’s birthday and nothing can be delivered and no one getting back to me. Been absolutely ripped off!! AVOID!

I was impressed with the product and also the speed of delivery so I’d definitely recommend.

I returned the perfume three weeks ago and paid for the return fees. I received an email from the team on 24/06 confirming receipt of the return and no refund till today 11/07. They are now holding their product and my money.

Long wait for my items, since Notino use the appalling Evri to deliver. My delivery was cancelled several times, I wrote to Notino again and again asking what they were doing about it and received NO reply. Then finally my parcel arrived, squashed and damaged box, which Evri had clearly had on a van for over a week and the lid of one of my items was broken. Sent pictures and yet another email to Notino, but don't hold out much hope for a reply or replacement, based on my experience so far. Wouldn't buy from them again.

I’m sure my perfume is fake; it was half the regular price and it smells similar but I literally spray it and you can’t even smell it and I’ve had that same perfume before it smells for days it’s Montale.

I placed an order three weeks ago. This parcel was lost by the courier (DPD) and was never delivered. I then contacted customer services who eventually arranged a replacement order to be shipped to me. It has now been nearly three weeks and I still do not have my replacement order. This time the parcel has been lost by a different courier (Evri) and I am still without my order! I have emailed Notino customer service and have recieved no response. I tried to call their customer service during opening hours and could not speak to a human. The AI responses were totally useless and very annoying. Dealing with Notino has incredibly frustrating and I am extremely hesistant to ever use them again in the future based on this experience with their customer service and unreliable deliveries.

Great products and outstanding customer service. Although my original parcel was delayed and unfortunately got lost during delivery, I was very impressed with Notino's customer service. They responded quickly, kept me informed throughout the process, and arranged a replacement order without any hassle. The new parcel arrived just a few days later, and everything was perfect. Mistakes can happen, but it's how a company resolves them that really matters. Thank you, Notino, for the excellent customer support!
