I received what i ordered, nothing super special or bad about Notino. Package arrived in 5 days in Switzerland.

Package never received, no customer service, no refund. Only order from them if you are happy to gamble...

In principle it is easy to order the products, but I live in both countries in Germany and in Poland and I order items in both countries, depending on the needs. However, since i have been registered first in Poland my e-mail address is not being recognised by the notino.de. Sure, I can make my order as uregistered member in DE, but perhaps it could be somehow solved since, I think I am not the only one person in such situation. All other things are very much ok with me.

They don't have customer service. Already sent two emails to ask them about my package that dhl refused to deliver it because it doesn't meet their requirements but they never answered me.

I ordered two products only received one.

Rather than sorting it out they will make you jump through hoops and mediate with the delivery company they contracted to determine which of them did what wrong.

It feels like an attempt to dissuade you from following up to keep your money without delivering the products you pay for or are treating the customer as an unpaid labor force.

Great shop with nice offers and exemplary customer service. Once have had a delivery issue with DHL, notino sent out the replacement very fast.

Very trustworthy, fair prices reported to the market and pretty fast delivery. Have been ordering from them for quite a while and they never disappoint.

RUDE custome service! At least they reply you fast but are also very rude. I received my package but one item I bought was missing. The package was normal, no signs of damage, so I just assumed they forgot to put this one item on my package.
When I contacted them, they said they will check in video footage if all the items were correctly packed, but ask me also for pictures of the package I received. I tried to explain the package was opened BY ME and that it arrived in perfect conditions, so I hadn't taken any pictures because I didn't now I would have problems with the order (obviously I needed to open it first to realize there was a product missing). The customer service answers that is "uninteressant" if the package was opened or not and literally write "just send the pictures we are asking for". Very rude and unbelievable to hear this from a Kundenservice... Anyway I sent the pictures, but don't understand why they need it if they claim to have video material of the package being filled with my products? I'm waiting to see it!
I just want to receive the one product that is missing, or to have the value of this product back!

I tried to order something twice and this shop just canceled my orders without any reason. During this time the prices have changed dramatically. They goes up by 17- 20 euro for each item. And the most laughable thing that whey mark new high prices as prices with discount.
Don't buy anything here.

I ordered JPG LE MALE elexir from them. Smells the same but stays like 1h or so and it's gone . Sent it back after waiting 2 weeks and asking about " process " for long time and poor support finally got refunded. Don't recommend

Firts order with Notino.
The delivery was fast, especially during holiday season. Loved the option to get it delivered to a DHL packstation.

The ordering process was plesent. I did purchase several Revolution Beauty items on the side and got suprised with a special mystery Revolution Bag. Which I'm very happy about. One item was from real techniques.
All items arrived very well wrapped. What's something that gives you the little extra security for a next order.
All items arrived and none was damaged. I was very thankful about that. Another company did manage to sent me the wrong item size.

I would order again. Seems to work very well even during crunch time.

I just got my order for 600 euros, everything is original, delivery is fast but where are samples? At least 2? 🥹

Fake Gurlain Vertiver fragrance. Fake bottle, Fake packaging..everthing... Longevity 2-3 minutes. Smells different. I owned the original before. So, no chance to claim it's real or new batch. No more with notino. Done. Trust broken

Was sent the wrong item, then contacted customer service who claimed that this was not the first they heard of this situation, but then claimed that the manufacturer told them the item was being discontinued and replaced with the item I was sent. This is frankly not true. Both are readily available; they are two totally different products. Notino's only response was for me to take my time to return their (intentionally) incorrectly-sent item before they even begin any sort of process of returning my money. They also expect me to pay for shipping with extra security to ensure its arrival, and only if they deem that my complaint is valid will they refund my money, perhaps even including the shipping. This is dishonest and fraudulent — particularly if they never intended to send me the item that I was paying for. Avoid Notino!

Horrible and stupid way to proceed the order. First by the order issuing, they offer you to pick one of the delivery stations from their list. Then when you pick- they send you an email that something is wrong with the address there, then you offer them another reliever address, then they just cancel your order you’re awaiting for to be delivered on some certain date!
Just no comments! Don’t recommend this store

My order was canceled due to the product being out of stock, though when I ordered it, it was available. Ruined my plans for a birthday gift. Not recommended
