Good selection, fast service

I was pleasantly surprised with this product. It had a great effect on my skin. Plus, I loved the smell. I´d recommend it to a friend.

I made a purchase, took a video opening the box, and when removing item by item, I realized that one of the items was missing.
I sent an email to Notino to inform him of what had happened and also attached the video. Mrs. Kerli responded to me once saying she would look into it, after that she didn't get back to me, I sent other emails that have not been answered. The service is poor and without proper attention to the customer.
I paid for something I didn't receive and I hope to be reimbursed.
I know that this is not the type of service that Notino wants for its customers, but unfortunately that is what is happening now.

I tried to pay repeatedly by card but it wouldnt work so i was forced to pay an extra 2 euros and pay on spot.

As long as you don’t need to send anything back, it is a great place to order from. Unfortunately they have made returning time consuming: multiple steps to go through and you can send items back only with courier service, not with parcel machine. I have sent 5 e-mails regarding returning a product, sent pictures and filled a returning document TWICE.

Package has not arrived so far... 5 days late already after estimated arriving date. Phone call to customer service possible only in English. They promised to find out reason for the delay and send email with information. Two days later i have not received any information or even reply how they handle the matter.
Update: One week after estimated arrival date the package arrived. The outside box is pretty much broken, but purchased items are ok.
They also replied to my email and said that they will look after the lost package and send the information to me when they know something. Anyway, the package arrived before they sent any information to me.

Notino.com has better prices than other similar e-shops.

A good website, fast enough delivery, amazing service and convenient to make orders.

This company has so many high end american brands and I love it!
