Awful experience

Awful experience. My order came damaged; bottles spilled over all products, and all boxes were soaked with gels, mouthwash, and toothpaste. Disgusting! Customer service was unhelpful and rude. I do not recommend.

It's a great site

I have never had any issues when ordering from the site. The items are always very reasonably priced and I love the option of ordering an eco package.

Overall good experience+ points on improvement

Well, id say the main reason I use it is adequate prices or at least promotions/discounts they provide, yet it could always be more. The delivery is relatively fast (5d average), but the website never sends testers/trial sizes as part of marketing - disappointing when I spend 250+€.😒
