I've already ordered many times from Notino, with minor mistakes only. They always did their job well. However, this time after the payment gate (which I had problems with, so then switched to pay by cash on delivery) the total HUF changed, unexpectedly. Even while shopping, my 25%(!) coupons disappeared repeatedly, but they finally left me alone in the end. It was in the Easter holidays, but they rejected my immediate complaints(!) by telling me that the order had been processed fully -- somehow before my letter got to customer service.
Had I known this, I would have choosen to place my order again myself.
No solution or even a tiny apology (even after mentioning it). Bored, indifferent, sad service overall, which is disappointing. It never used to be like that, and not in Western countries (or just bigger companies?). So, maybe they just left no option for the staff for my compensation. She was very direct/straight. But I'm already scared of sending back some of the products that (actually) were below quality, I mean, what will I have to undergo then?

Everything is OK except one issue: it is mentioned free delivery over a certain purchase value. I exceeded this limit but still freight cost was added. Small amount, no importance but not good solution.
