I have just had an encounter with Notinos customerservice and i have to say that im so pleased. They took my issue seriously and resolved it in the best way so im so grateful 🌞

I have to say, despite the good prices, the return policy is terrible. Paying 11€ !!! just to return an item is unacceptable. Many other stores offer free returns, and this left a very bad impression. Unfortunately, I won't be shopping here again.

I bought a bunch of products for my mom, I'm based in London and my mom lives in Sweden. There were too many products for the gift box option which is fine. I paid for the delivery insurance, however the package was in a very poor condition when delivered. It was all bent and looked as if it was opened and the taped up again very poorly. There was also no bubble wrap or stuffing paper to protect the products from movement during shipping which I found very odd. This was my first time shopping on Notino, not impressed.

Got a broken parfum bottle. Sent immediately fotos of the broken bootle. Got no exchange for the broken bootle. Very unsatisfied with client service. Just lost my money.

I got my girlfriend a $80 gift card and it turned out to be a total nightmare. First it didn't work with a non-Swedish phone number, then their website could display a purchase button if you didn't get the amount more than that the gift card amount!!! It's like they're really pushing you to give up and forget about the money you spent. This is borderline scam!

The best past: after dozens of attempts with their scammy website I managed to do everything right and....they said your transaction has been blocked cause it was flagged as a fraud attempt 😂😂😂.

Well done Notino! Never again.

smooth buying experience, easy checkout

Bad shopping experience lately, the return policy is very tricky and almost impossible,
If there is something wrong with the item then good luck reclaiming your money!

Absolutely frustrated about notino customer policy, recieved wrong item like water to send back and to buy everytime you have to pay extra money for postage. Customer care never friendly to help even . Agony absolute Agony. 286713863 my order I recieved different item now sending back with my own expense . If I not gonna get my refund within time frame I'll go for legal action against notino through my lawyer .

The process was very easy. snd I appriciate the recomendations that come after I view certain products.

Good price, ok delivery time, poor return process.

I ended up buying the wrong perfume for my wife, but the return process were so troublesome that we ended up keeping it.

I should not be too harsh, it seems to be workning it is just unnecessary troublesome for the customer. No return slip either in package or printable from their web page. On their site they refer to "My Notino" for returns but there's no additional information there nor a function for how to register the return.

All in all, the company seems legit but they seem to have started making business before making sure to have a good customer experience in place. This needs to be taken care of before they can deserve a good grade.

FAKE products!!! I ordered Versace eros flame but it was fake. The packaging looked real but the perfume was clearly a knock-off or blended out with something else. The customer service was also very bad so I just threw away the bottle. NEVER BUY anything from this site if you value your money. I am surprised they even have positive reviews, must be fake?
