A very bad shopping experience. It didn't show the final address after I complete the personal information during paying. The system automatically changed my address but I was not aware of it. After I checked with Postnord that the package has been delivered to the wrong place. I contact the Notino customer service. They asked me to write a Sworn Declaration, and promise to send me a new one to the correct address. However, the order confirmation informed me that they are going to send the package to the wrong address again. I have to contact them again, the telephone customer service blames the mistakes on me. She mentioned that since I'm not Swedish, I must have gotten my own address wrong. Is this racist? By the way, I have shopped on several websites in Sweden and never happed such things.

Experienced a big problem from notion’s system with trying to pay via Klarna then the discount code expired?! Huge disappointment!

I found most of products I've been looking for and overall my impression is not so bad.
When I added all the items I wanted in my cart, I saw a lipstick tester as a present from Notino and it was an amazing surprise for me. But the next day the gift wasn't in my cart already. It's sad they don't write when/in what cases you get a gift, maybe there's an amount you should reach to get a present...

I badly want nyx lipstick in rose the day shade but it was pricey for me, then i find this website in which it was the half price, i was confused but i ordered 4 makeup products from this website nd i am soo soo happy that their prices are soo affordable as compared to other stores in ireland.. will definitely shop again

I have contacted olaplex official site and asked about olaplex products. They told me that they are NOT authorised site.
So I believe its fake. Careful

Amazing experience!

First of all, they had the lipstick that I love and somehow cannot find anywhere. And in so many colours! Secondly, the checkout was seamless. Thirdly the package arrived 2 days ahead of time - it arrived on a Monday even though I ordered it on a Saturday. Incredibly fast and reliable!

I can't believe some of the negative reviews on here. I have had zero problems ordering from Notino and trust me I buy a lot of perfume (hoarder/collector) Never once have I received a fake as some have claimed. My delivery was easy to track, getting expedited shipping I highly recommend have your order within 24-48 hrs. The prices are so great, find some real bargains especially on niche perfume.

I got my perfumes, perfectly packaged and organized. Excellent delivery and my perfumes smell so great. I will definitely buy more from Notino.

I ordered on 30/11/2021 still haven’t received the order till today 10/12/2021. Website claims fast delivery?? Irish website states standard delivery within 4-5 working days and gives you impression that items coming from Dublin but on tracking item is coming from another country and 10 days later still in transit in NL.

First time ordering from notino, at first I was a bit sceptical but I received my order On time and everything was nicely packaged. I would 100% order from here again! Highly recommend.

shopping was smooth, prices are also good. but have to pay 49kr for postnord shipping even i shopped for nearly 2000kr is a bit of bummer. home delivery for 89kr. to compete with amazon (which I'm trying to avoid but to support local business instead), there should be a better shipping policy.

This is my third time ordering hair products from Notino, and I absolutely love shopping here, because they deliver super fast, and you save sooooo much money because their prices are a lot cheaper than stores and other shopping sites.

SCAM! I ordered a product over one month ago and still have not received it, called two times and they say they will contact the warehouse but no reply still.

Nice price, but it was real torture to pay, finally only klarna worked for me

I had unfortunately a very unpleasant and disappointing experience with Notino. I'm a first time customer from Sweden.

First problem was that the website was extremely dysfunctional and when I wanted to add the gift packaging service, it was impossible even though I tried many times.

The customer service told me to cancel my order and try again and it will work this time. They assured me that I won't loose my current 15% discount on perfumes, when I asked.

When I did what they told me, the gift packaging service was STILL not working AND the discount was now gone.. What a hassle!

I decided anyway to proceed with my order and use another discount that sadly would save me less money than the previous one and to get a gift of perfume samples.

When I complained that I lost my discount and still couldn't have a gift packaging for my products, they gave me a small voucher for future use as an apology and I felt a little better for the moment even though I was already upset.

I thought that my troubles with Notino finally ended somewhat, but there was a continue to the frustration even after my order arrived..

To my surprise, the gift of perfume samples was not there and when I said that to the customer service I just got a "sorry to hear that" and again, they didn't solve nothing.

They told me that they can only send a gift if one buys an item and they wrote the word "only" with bold letters..!!
I had bought stuff and paid more than 2000 Swedish crowns and now they were telling me that they can send a gift ONLY if I buy something!
That was for me the last drop....

How audacious really........

Are they stingy to pay the shipping cost for the gift that I had right to and THEY forgot to send me (or -who knows?- kept for themselves and act as if they forgot) ?

Is the CEO aware of what's happening with his staff at the customer service?
Is the staff not doing their job properly or are they obliged to follow a pathetic policy?

I'm not even sure now if the perfumes that I got are authentic cause they smell a little different and more alcoholic/cheap and the gift set of Alive edp by Hugo Boss came without plastic wrapping. I'm unsure about that, if the original is supposed to have a plastic wrapping but I guess so..

I was first impressed by the variety of products, the good prices and the option of gift packaging and engraving perfume bottles but after all this horrible treatment I'll never buy again from Notino and I don't recommend it to my friends or the readers of this review.
