Still waiting for my item after several weeks. No response from any emails sent asking for an update. With all the other options available I will buy elsewhere in future

Awful customer service. They are Rude, they laughed at me with a 🤣emoji. They Don’t bother replying to some of your emails and when they do reply after several sent they are rude and don't follow anything up or deal with the situation you are in. Absolute joke of a company my advice don’t buy from them unless you want a battle to get the right item. I ordered a hoodie got a t-shirt. I returned it with a sign delivery and they said they didn’t receive it although I sent them tracking proof and someone in their department who had signed for it. This company don’t give a crap. They are extremely quick at taking the money out of you're bank but are very slow with sending the goods and answering your emails. If you like stress and a challenge then carry on buying. If you want an easy stress free company then stay away from this one.
