I can’t even!! Everything I got from this store is just perfect. I’m literally obsessed and keep looking at it every few minutes

I did a pre-order for 2 jackets. All came on time. As we did not like the quality of the jackets, I asked for a refund policy. I was offered 2 times a % of the refund and to keep the items. As I asked specifically for a full refund, they send me the return address in China!!!! The company has an Italian phone number but this is fake. As I had to pay over €150 to return this to China (customs costs etc) I decided to accept the 25% refund costs. Till today no reaction and no refund. I advice never to order from this company. All fake and a big lesson learned!

Honestly the shirt looks so much better in person. Been wearing it nonstop since it arrived lol

Amazing experience with Notre Succès 😍 waited almost a full month for shipping just to receive an €85 hoodie that apparently has a 3-wear lifespan. Super exclusive feature: the prints start peeling off almost immediately😌
Tried contacting support too, where i loved the minimalist approach of complete silence. Really makes you feel valued as a customer.
If you’re into overpriced hoodies, long waits, and DIY peeling graphics, this is definitely the brand for you.

I honestly regret ordering from this company. The clothes are not worth the money at all. The quality is disappointing — the fabric feels cheap, the stitching is sloppy, and the items look nothing like the photos online. For the price they’re charging, I expected way better.

Shipping also took ages. What was supposed to arrive quickly ended up taking weeks with barely any updates. And when I tried to contact customer service to ask about my order, my messages were completely ignored. No response, no apology, nothing. It’s extremely frustrating to spend your hard-earned money and then feel like the company doesn’t care once they’ve got it.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend buying from here. Poor quality, long wait times, and terrible communication. Definitely not worth it.

This is a scam the owner was dishonest was not helpful one bit and was really rude

Delivery time to Ireland was about 14 days which was expected. Emails were received from company and carrier about postage and delivery, very good service. My ordered product is HIGH quality and perfect sizing. There is also a clean look and feel to this brand which i love. I will definitely be purchasing again.

Placed an order on 26th of January paid extra for express delivery to ensure it came in time for a birthday present … there website states 4-7 business days ….. according to tracking details provided the courier didn’t collect the item until the 10th of February … I’m now 15 working days past the order date and still haven’t received the order. When I emailed I was reassured it was on the way and the tracking just hadn’t updated but still no sign I’ve requested a refund for the delivery but reading other reviews on here I’m not going to hold my breathe I will update as to the quality of product if and when I recieve the order!! Overall hasn’t been a great experience to be honest the order is also coming from china which isn’t stated on the website I think it’s a bit misleading …

NEVER EVER BUY HERE!! I bought 5 sweaters from this place and i saw it on tiktok. BUT, you litterlay cant wash them, they smell when you get them and are WAY to small. And shipping tok longer than Temu. SO JUST NEVER BUY FROM THERE!

I purchased a sweatshirt from this company on December 14 as Christmas present and I've yet to receive. I've emailed them several times and they continue to say it's shipped and on it's way. I suspect it's scam. Do not purchase from this website

Didn’t know the brand before ordering, but I’m seriously impressed. You can feel the attention to detail in the fabric and stitching. It feels more like luxury casual wear than normal streetwear.

I ordered clothing from Notre Succès, but the item did not fit. Returning the product turned out to be very difficult, as I was required to ship it back to China at my own expense

After, I accepted a partial refund of 30% instead of returning the item. However, several weeks later I still have not received this refund.

Communication was slow and the issue has not been resolved as promised. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Absolutely amazing. The quality of the items I got is superb and couldnt ask for anything better. The customer service was amazing as the people I spoke to were very kind and helpful.
