Thanks to them, I can record, transcribe, summarize, and write the majority of my reports, which makes my work considerably less stressful. With the automatic note-taking and summarizing, I can now enjoy a nice cup of coffee during meetings. Even wen I wasn't, I felt productive. To Notta, cheers!

I signed up for a free trial with Notta and was charged $97.99 USD without any warning or reminder when the trial ended. I did not receive any email or notification about the automatic charge, and I never agreed to continue with a paid plan.

Their customer service response was dismissive and refused to refund, even though I didn’t use the service beyond the trial. This is deceptive and unacceptable.

I strongly advise others to stay away from this platform. Their billing practice feels like a scam.

I recently tested this service using the 3-day trial specifically for Greek language transcription, and unfortunately, the results were very poor.
​There are several major issues I encountered:
​Language Mixing: In many segments, the software failed to recognize Greek entirely and transcribed the audio into a completely different language.
​High Error Rate: Even in the sections where Greek was detected, there were constant spelling and grammatical mistakes that made the text difficult to use.
​Lack of Reliability: Compared to other tools like TurboScribe, the accuracy here is not high enough for professional or even personal use.
​While I appreciated the opportunity to try the 3-day trial, I cannot recommend this service for Greek speakers at this time. It simply isn't worth the subscription fee when the manual correction time takes longer than the actual transcription. I will likely be returning to TurboScribe

I used Notta.ai for voice transcripting and do not know how notta.ai scores for it's other features. I wasn't in particular "scammed" bij Notta.ai but I completely forgot to end the trial and was billed 83 euros. I knew the chance was high for me to forget, but I needed this for school. Theoretically, I can't blame them for that, because that isn't illegal. However, the Pro Plan isn't necessarily good. I expected that my text would be fully understandable but this wan't the case. I think there might be better AI's (who may not have a trial at all) that are cheaper than 83 euros/year. I think notta.ai earns the most money out off people like me forgetting to end their subscription. Otherwise they won't bill you yearly and let the trial only last 3 days. Who needs a voice transcriptor for a long time and on a daily basis in the fist place. Once again, it isn't illegal what they do, but morally it is not the way of acting.

It doesn't summarize my interview at all. It only summarized some parts which led to me becoming angry and failing my class. Everyone got wrong answers because of this app. I would not recommend this at all!!!!!

I cannot agree with the negative reviews. I enjoyed the free version and therefore purchased the pro version. Unfortunately, the project that I planned didn't go ahead. I contacted the customer support 2 days after signing up and they refunded me the full amount within one day. If I have another project coming up, I will definitely opt for notta.ai

I signed up for their free trial on June 1st, 2024, and immediately canceled, exactly as their terms required. Yet they went on to charge me $14.99 every month for seven months, that’s over $100 taken without authorization. I’ve sent multiple messages, follow-ups, and even a formal notice, but after more than a year, I’ve received absolutely no reply. Total silence. Not a single email, no refund, nothing. This behavior is shameful, misleading, and deeply unprofessional. They’re the kind of company that takes your money fast but disappears the second you ask for help. In short: unauthorized charges, zero customer support, and a complete lack of accountability. Save yourself the trouble, stay far away from this company.

Worse , they don't even let you try , very buggy and waste

Used the free trial for the transcription of 3 audios for a meeting and I must admit that the transcription was really relevant and accurate, the identification of speakers was great and useful and the global text was totally close to the recording. I had an issue with the free trial that I was nt able to cancel on time and they replied to me in less than 24 hours and gladely offered reimbursement. The support team is really effective and kind.

I would truly recomend it to anyone is needing these services.

120 mins transcription free - in reality after uploading the 70MB voice file and waiting for several minutes you get the first 3 minutes transcribed only. For the rest please pay.

I’m a dev in Seattle, and Notta butchers SaaS terms (‘Kubernetes’ → ‘Cooper nets’). Fine for meetings, but needs a tech dictionary toggle. Love the Slack integration though!

I had an extremely negative experience with Notta.ai.
First of all, their support team simply ignores customer requests — none of my emails have ever been answered. On top of that, the money for an accidental subscription was never refunded.
I decided to give the tool a try anyway, but it turned out to be completely useless. I spent the whole day trying to upload a video for transcription, and every single time it failed with an error, even though the file fully met their stated requirements.
This product is low-quality, impossible to use, and the company provides zero customer service. Absolutely not recommended.

This program doesn't even deserve one star! The transcription doesn't work and is full of bugs, with random comments inserted everywhere, the play button isn't working on audio of transcriptions, there are annoying pop ups everywhere each time I open the program. And it is hideously overpriced. I want my money back!!!!

They take you through a whole free trial journey before not letting you download a file with the transcription. Piece of junk

I uploaded an MP3 file and requested a transcription, but I couldn’t download the result as a .txt file.
I reported the problem to support, providing exact details and a description. Two weeks later they asked which file
and how often this issue occurs.
I requested a refund because the service is useless to me if I can’t obtain transcriptions within a day of uploading.
Unfortunately, no refund was issued and support simply fiddled around.

I strongly advise staying away from Notta.

I subscribed to the platform and was charged after missing the cancellation deadline by just a few hours due to timezone ambiguity that was never clearly explained. I contacted support immediately to request a goodwill refund. After all, I had only used the service once, realised it duplicated my existing Google Workspace subscription, and reached out within days of being charged.

That was over three months ago.

What followed has been a masterclass in how not to handle customer service:

- Multiple messages ignored
- Delayed, vague responses when they did bother to reply
- No resolution or accountability
- Continued silence despite polite follow-ups

Even after escalating and explaining the situation in full, I received nothing but deflection and excuses.

Notta’s support experience has been genuinely appalling. If a company can’t be trusted to manage basic customer queries (let alone acknowledge timezone-related flaws in their platform!), then I’d seriously question their integrity.

If you’re considering signing up, think twice. And if you do, don’t expect any flexibility or support once they’ve taken your money.
