Ordered a Ted Baker hip flask I had been wanting for a while. I ordered it and it arrived 3 days later and I am very happy with my purchase.

Didn't have the Ted Bake stag laptop case in stock but recommended the Ted Baker typewriter laptop case that is a better product and was £11 cheaper too! Great service!! Not enough companies give that personal touch these guys do.

I placed an order which was successfully processed only to be told a few days later that the item was no longer in stock. To me this is the most annoying of situations as I could have bought the item elsewhere had the website shown up to date stock information.

I ordered a rob Ryan plate at the very last minute. I paid for express delivery which was costly but the product arrived - well packaged before 9 am the following day. The plate and presentation box were perfectly preserved. The plate was well priced particularly fir a Rob Ryan product. Really pleased with the shopping experience overall

The product was a flask with a pre-war map of Europe on the sleeve - just the standard stainless steel flask, but the sleeve is fun.

I ordered from this site because of the nice, original products featured.
Turned out one of the items was not in stock, so my parcel was not sent immediately, and I was contacted by the customer service to choose a replacement or refund. It caused a delay and my order didn't arrive for Valentine's day. I'd say stocks should be managed so that you can't order an item that is not in stock, it was a disappointment. The choice of transporter / delivery method would be a plus too. I may order from them again, but I'd be hesitating because of delivery lead-times.
