My order for stuck for 10 days, and only when I informed your team, they checked and it was some small error in your system.. I would have expected your team to pro-actively check your stuck pipeline. I had to wait 15 days for my order to be received, while I needed few things urgently for my baby like the sleeping bag.. not pleased with online ordering of Noukies.

Bad customer service
My baby (5 months) has exclusively worn Noukies bodies, vests and one piece pyjama’s. We love the softness of the clothes and the patterns. It is very difficult though to find the correct size, because they don’t correspond with the size of the average child. My son’s sizes are average, yet he is 5 months old and grew almost out of their size 6 months… the next size is 74 (9 months). How can size 9months be already fitting for a boy of 5 months…?
Apart from that, I had ordered a pyjama and put it in the closet for when he gets to that size. We needed bigger ones and noticed the buttons of the one piece pyjama were on the back instead of the front like usual. I decided to give it a try, but my son has severe medical issues so we are often hospitalised. The buttons in the back were creating problems with changing, the monitors, his sleeping bag and all the dreads around his body. The pyjama wasn’t possible to wear for him. As me and my husband order so much & it had cost only €23,07, I figured they would take it back, since the pyjama was still new, only worn 1 time and inconvenient for hospitalized children. Yet they didn’t take it back or gave our money back.
You would think customer satisfaction is worth more than €23,07, but apparently I was wrong. I never complain about anything, but it’s a hard time for us as new parents with an ill baby, not being able to work at the moment, so earning less, with huge medical bills.
You would think they might make an exception for an ill child with an abnormal situation, but they don’t. I am at a loss for words. I am never buying here ever again!
To all people reading this review: on Vinted, you can find Noukie’s pyjama’s like new for only €5 or less. I don’t support this brand any longer.

However, as mentioned in our terms and conditions, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, even if the pyjama is in very good condition. Additionally, for hygiene and safety reasons, we require that items be returned with their original tags. I deeply regret that this situation could not be resolved differently, and I assure you that this is not a response we give lightly.
I understand that this may be hard to accept, but please know that we are always available to help you find other solutions that may better suit your needs in the future.
I wish you much strength during this challenging time, and I hope your baby will be feeling better very soon. Please take good care of yourself and your family.

We hebben voor deze mix gekozen omdat het verschillende belangrijke voordelen biedt:
- Zachtheid en comfort: Polyester zorgt voor een zachte en pluche textuur bij het katoen, waardoor de pyjama nog aangenamer is om te dragen.
- Gemakkelijk onderhoud: Deze stof is gemakkelijk te wassen, droogt snel en krimpt niet in de was, wat zorgt voor eenvoudiger en praktischer onderhoud.

Website fail + terms to enter contain a yearly fee.
I bought 2 clothing sets at Dreambaby and went to the attached link provide to win a toy through a link to a url provided on the attached label.
When I changed language the link to participate went away. Ok a small website fail, I went back did not change the language and was asked to login, after I created an account it continued to logout when I tried to login.
Only after trying a different browser+incognito modus I could continue. There I saw that the conditions mentioned yearly 20 EUR. Why would this be needed? I have no clue as I did not try to enter the Prime membership, yet the conditions mention this subscription fee.
I feel sad Noukies is even trying to get the data of my children.

Didn't meet expectations
I did not expect the product to come in the state it did. I only have a problem with the Topsie activity plushie. She's definitely not fit as a gift. Her eyes, horns, and accessories are uneven. The most noticeable part is the part around her neck, the crinkle paper in it got very scrunched up and I'm unable to make it flat. There's also pieces of stuffing in the packaging, making me think there's a hole in one of the plushies. Overall I had a bad experience with the company and the quality of the plushies is disappointing with the amount of money they cost. I also had a problem with their customer service. It takes a while for them to get back to you and if it's urgent, you can forget it all together because they will take their time. Especially if you're a foreigner, I wouldn't recommend these services.
