I created an account and received a verification code but no popup (or button) nor steps for the verification process. And the customer service doesn't replies to any text that I send. I'm very disappointed and the app says let me click on a particular button below for verification but I don't see any button. I would appreciate if this problem is is fixed

Hey 👋 I love what you guys do I think this is the best card in the sense they have a lot of options like the ability to buy gift cards from within the app and I can open a bank account with the card . Though my only draw back is the fees and I need 5,000 to get a card common 😪🙌. Anyways it’s not as bad as a service as people think and will recommend for anyone who wants to do secure transactions it’s not a scam have use for and it works fine

This is a Sincere Scam company from Cameroun ,a very ungreatful sight scamming people .they really deal with me .no body should try this other wise you be a victim too.

Scam company from cameroon. I think they are located in Buea Cameroon. A group of students trying to scam people with poor service.
For some reason I can't login to my account and get my money back. I have been writing the customer service for over 2 months now and no body is there to talk to me.
This is a complete scam.

It’s a scam don’t waste your time and contact a real bank. Months have pass now I’m still looking to your office to bring the police. The make you purchase a card and put money on it then the send a message saying they got trouble with their provider you have to pay for another card again. No refund on the previous one you’ve never used. Run run run . You text the support the do like they will solve the problem then you get ghosted

support is super slow to respond when you have issues. card discontinued without prior notification. everything is so confusing and clients are not valued to get detailed information and most cost are shroud in secrecy till you get charged and ask, that is if they will even respond

No doubt noupia is a reliable service but they have a very slow and poor customer service. They don't treat complaints with priority. For more than a week now I am unable to access my noupia account with my funds and I have addressed this issue to the customer care and yet they haven't resolved my issue. This is so annoying. Another thing is they bill too high for a dollar. Where on any exchange rate or bank will a dollar cost 709frs, that's absurd. Yeah I know the system has to be maintained that's why we charged a fee when we topup our cards and equally when we withdraw from our cards. I will update my review when all the abnormalities of this services is satisfactory
