Was so simple to use. Few questions via the app or website and then Nous does the work for you, kept me up to date with the progress via email and WhatsApp. And once was all done emailed and WhatsApp me to tell me it was complete and saved me a few hundred pounds without any effort from myself !! 100% worth it
