I also ordered a "free" bikini on June 29th and it hasn't arrived yet. Although my shipping address is in Switzerland, it can't be possible that an item takes 2 months to arrive to Europe! I sent several e-mails to nova bikini but never got an answer back. Since I paid with Paypal, I sent my complain to them to get a refund. Let's hope it works.
They will not respond to neither email nor Instagram messages. I made an order over 4 weeks ago aswell as the person below this and have not received any shipping details or mail saying that the order has been packed and ready to ship.
