I’m absolutely delighted with my Endolift experience at Nova Aesthetic Clinic with Dr. Maria Faria. She was professional, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. She listened carefully to my concerns and ensured I felt at ease every step of the way.

The procedure was far more comfortable than I expected, and I was amazed by the recovery, minimal swelling, virtually no bruising, and very little discomfort. Dr. Maria’s skill and experience truly shine through.

Within a few weeks, I was already receiving compliments on how defined and refreshed my face looked. My confidence has increased significantly, and the results are only continuing to improve.

I’ve been so impressed that my sisters have since booked consultations of their own. Choosing Endolift with Dr. Maria was one of the best decisions I’ve made, and I highly recommend her and Nova Aesthetic Clinic.

Really disappointed with the customer service!
I went for a 'free' consultation, only to be told that the consultant cannot help me, but their doctor can.
However I had to now book a paid consultation in order to see the doctor. So long with the 'free consultation' they advertise..smh. At the reception they were very insistent that I have to pay straight away, in order to secure the spot, as they are every busy. I felt uneasy and of pushed to pay. I was not told that this deposit is non-refundable. Later on I changed my mind and emailed them to cancel my appointment before the 48 hours they require for cancelation. I was very unpleasantly surprised to find out, that the fee I paid for the appointment in advance is not refundable. Something the ladies at reception missed to inform me about. I wrote another email to complain about this practice, since all deposits are refundable if within the cancelation period. I explained that I'm very disappointed and will be writing a negative review. For my shock and horror, the reply by someone, called Pipa was, that if a write a bad review, I will get sued for defamation!!!
I could not believe the audacity! Avoid this place!
